B tech cse is one of the most popular and demanded course in present. So the question of relevancy in the society is out. And the college itself provides a solid foundation in algorithms, data science, operating systems, etc. But there are also some bad aspects. Like the theoretical part is too much than the practical. And there are also out dated course material.

Cgc landran offers strong intership opportunities for the placements collaborating with companies like microsoft, Infosys, wipro. B tech students, specially Cse , benefits from on college internships. Overall the internship plans for the students in cgc landran is pretty good.

Placements at Cgc is pretty good. There records in placement is damn good. The college also provide industrial trainings which also increases the employability. They also helps us in the communication skill development for the interviews. If placements are not available, students are well knowledged that they can pursue further education or set up there start ups. However, Cgc landran provides opportunities for the placements.

The complete fees for cse couse is 130000 per year and students who scored good marks in there 12th boards , as well as in JEE. They get scholarships. Decrement in their annual fees. Cgc landran has pretty good placement history. Companies like google, amazon, infosys, provide students placement.

The campus life in cgç landran is very entertaining and mix of academics and extra curricular activities. The atmosphere is very diverse. The students come with different places with there different backgrounds participating in the events like fests , sports competition,etc. In terms of club involvement, the college itself provides us very useful clubs like coding club,drama and music society. The infrastructure of the college is good. There is some lacks in the washrooms and the hostle but the overall infrastructure of the college is good and satisfactory.

The hostle facilities of Cgc landran are satisfactory. Fairly equipped rooms and washrooms. The college provides seperate hostles for girls and boys. With the option of double bed , triple bed, four bed rooms. Rooms are having tables , wardrobe and wifi connectivity. We have to pay almost 130000 per year for the hostle. Overall, the hostles provides a satisfactory infrastructure and security option for the students.

I choose Cgc landran over the other institutions due to its very strong reputation for the placements and packages. The college also have NAAC A+. In comparison to the other colleges, the Cgc stands out because of its placements and the infrastructure, which they provide for the students. Regarding to the addmission process, the college offers both online and offline application options. I applied offline by visiting the college and finalizing the college .

Faculty members of our college is very good and supportive. They always solves our doubts and helps us in improving ourselves. Although, there are the shortage of the faculty members in the college. But they are very good. The B tech cse course is a 4 year program (course). This course provides the student knowledge of computer, algorithms, programming language, software engineering, etc. The exam system is very awful for the students. There the 2 MSTs. Mid semester test. And than the Final semester exams. In between there are assignments also. The marking scheme is simple. Internal assessment marks includes the Mst, assignment,class attendance. These are around of 40 % marks. And the Final exams contains the other 60% marks.

Nightlife around the Cgc ladran is pretty limited because of its location. It is in the landran, mohali. But students have some options for their entertainment. In campus the hostlers are strictly restricted late night movement. Occasionally, the college hosts the concerts at night providing the students a banger night. There are 4 5 cafes nearby the college which we can go in the day or the evening time after getting the permission.
