Remarks
Only negative remark about the college is that the space is very less and class is small. Otherwise everything is worth the money. Faculty, education,training,problem solving etc is very good in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty is very good and the course is advanced as compared to other colleges. In other colleges autocad software is taught in the second year while in this college its taught in the first year itself!
Internships Opportunities
Yes they provide placements. After you finish your three year degree course. The stipend depends on which company you are working with. But usually the starting stipend is from 5000 rs - 15000 rs in Mumbai.
Placement Experience
Placements and job is given to every student by this college. But it entirely depends on how well the student is capable of handling the job. They always got thier student's back and they are supportive as most colleges don't provide placements
College Events
No events are celebrated except Christmas party. But we all are taken to interior design fairs like acetech. For better understanding of the market ,price and new innovative products that come in the market
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is feasible as compared to other private interior design institute. Other colleges have fees that start from 1 lakh upto 2 lakh but this college gives the exact same education and training in just 95 thousands
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no good scholarship or loan facilities provided by this college. But payment of the fees is flexible as one can pay the fees in installments throughout the year. There is no compulsion of any minimum amount.
Campus Life
There are no extracurricular activities.As this is an interior design college. But there are seminars which engages the students in doing art and craft and make decorative pieces to get thier creative juices flowing.
Hostel Facilities
The infrastructure is not so good because the college is like a duplex home. The circulation is very conjusted. The space is too small. But the student count is only 10 students per batch so one can adjust. A.c. is provided and LCD is provided for presentation and teaching purposes.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students are extremely helpful. As some of them study along with the junior student batch because the study environment is very Homely. They do teach tips and tricks that they have learnt from thier experiences
Exam Structure
You have 6 semesters in 3 years that is 2 semester per year. And each semester has an exam of all the subjects as well as practical subjects. The seats are allotted in a sophisticated manner and hall tickets are given. And also students are supervised by CCTV cameras and an invigilator who is present in the class.
Admission
I contacted this college and had a conversation with the representative. I visited the college once and while getting the admission they took my original 12th marksheets and xerox too and some of my passport size photographs. A cheque of 5000 rs as an initial instalment. That's it!
Faculty
The faculty is of INIFD college. Very very supportive and friendly. Professionally trained teachers which give an actual knowledge of market and factual things. It feels like a family. There is no burden of doing things. But yea sometimes teachers are strict and that's a good thing too.
