What Students Say

Likes

I firstly like the connectivity of my College. As it just on the metro station.
Second one is that it has many small food stalls and two messages in its campus
Third one is that it all classes and library is air conditioned.

Dislikes

The playground of our campus is too small.
College provide us the sports equipments only after 3 pm.
It doesn't have any hostel for boys .So it is quite difficult for a first year outsider male student to deal all the things.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have choose this course as in today's world AI is gona be taking control on all the things so I want to be a software engineer so that I can run with the world. There are two midsems and one endsem in every semester.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 185000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In first year I am paying 185000 rupees .In second It reduces to 170000(approx). In third year 160000(approx). In fourth year 150000. Also there is a scholarship for SC,ST and gen EWS students by the university. It can cancelled by the university if somebody got backlog in any subject.

Campus Life

All the classrooms of our college is fully air conditioned and has provided by the projectors in every classroom. And Anugoonj is the fest which held in our main campus everyyear. And there are many societies in our college which do something new everyday.

Admission

A person can take admission in our college through jee main exam with the help Ipu counselling . I have filled 7 to 8 colleges in counseling in which I have filled this college on 4 th number. In jee mains I have got 91 percentile and I got CSE in this college

Faculty

Our exams held out of the college as it is under a ggsipu university. Some times college give us a visiting staff that is quite difficult to manage with them.But all the permanent staff is amazing as there teaching style is very extraordinary.

Night Life

Our campus is very well connected with all the basic amenities.But entry in our college is banned after the 9:00 pm.But also give entry only those who want to have a dinner. After 12:00 pm It quite difficult to roam around the college.

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Descriptive Review of MAIT.

Placement Experience:

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

The placement status of the college is nice but specially the older status was amazing and the seniors told me that this year was the recession time so the placement was not so good but it will be good with time

Placement Experience:

The eligible students get placements, from 4tg year first semester onwards placements will start, companies like Accenture, tcs, infotech, wipro will attend. I think atleast 7GPA is min required for college placements

Life of a college student

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum.My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated.For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem.There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Delhi Technological University: A place for overall development

Placement Experience:

College placements are amazing. Right now the recession is there otherwise the average package of Computer Software and IT branch is as high as 21LPA and overall average package of the college goes as high as 14LPA

So placement cell is not present in college because of low intake of students but the students are very skilled to crack Gsoc , and other internship opportunities which lands them into big company.Also very good alumni network is present in college which boosts the placement of college.

igdtuw is a good college with best placement

Placement Experience:

placement in igdtu is as good as dtu and nsut , many companies visit our campus every year like google, amazon, microsoft, adobe, vipro, uber, ola, atlassian etc. the highest package in 2023 was of 51 LPA by microsoft and average package is around 20 LPA

DTU PROS AND CONS

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki,etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.

I got admission by giving jee mains then after the jee mains result ipu releases their college lists and application form for get yourself register for admission process then counseling rounds start there are 3 main round and 2 spot round according to your rank you get college and branch there is 85 reservation for Delhi students who have done their schooling of class 12th from Delhi talking about eligibility criteria you need to secure atleast 55 percent marks in pcm in class 12th and have to give jee mains application forms get release on official ipu University website admission process is quite lengthy in ipu...Read More

BVCOE, Delhi : Is not still the top colleges of IP affiliated colleges

In the Year 2019, I gave the JEE MAIN [Joint Entrance Examination-Main] having the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Maths and we were informed by the concerned authorites that the selection in a Indraprasth University College and affiliated colleges will also happen by the marks gained in JEE-Main. We applied in the admission procedure in IPU and provided a minimal fees for the process. After that, there were 3 rounds of selection in which we chose which college in IPU we need and which stream. Then the result of each round came and a student can choose whether to apply for next round or is satisfied with the seat gained in previous round.
