The college is really great. They have helped me a lot in making me a better person in my life. Not only the sweet but the bitter experiences of this institution have taught me great lessons in my life. I must say that this institution is really a great place and deserves great students. I appreciate the efforts of the faculty and the nonteaching staff. If a person believes that he/she wants to be a great person, he/she ought to come to this institution.

The curriculum is really related to what is required in today's scenario. They focus greatly on research. I feel a great change in myself, physical as well as mental. I was given various projects to do research on. Not only this they have made my curriculum vitae very very strong. My parents have appreciated the great change in me.

The college placement is unbelievable. Last year the placement statistics reached 100% for some of the branches. A lot of companies are coming into the placement. The placement for a particular company is not branching specific but each and every person is given a chance to sit in placement of a particular company. For example, even mechanical engineering students can sit in the placement of Microsoft. The companies give hefty packages to the students. A great chance to come In the race of hefty packages along with a great deal of knowledge. The institute is regularly visited by Indian and foreign Multinational corporations for offering jobs to final-year B.Tech and M.Tech students. The ratio of the number of students placed to the total number is nearly 1:1, with a number of students receiving multiple job offers. Campus Interviews are arranged for the final year B.Tech/ M.Tech/ M.Sc. students. A large number of reputed Industrial houses in the country visit the Institution and select the final year students as Engineers/ Management Trainees. Some of the Companies invite the students to their Corporate Offices for the interviews.Major companies like Amazon, Infosys, Reliance Petrochemicals Limited, Hero Motor corp.

There are many events celebrated in the college eg Utkansh, badlaav. In badlaav event, a person is allowed to speak on any social or political issue pestering him/her along with hefty cash prizes. A person gets lots of chances to express his/her talents. Not only this a person is allowed to show his technical knowhow. A person requires the only talent to show. TechNITi: A techno-management fest that is conducted during the odd semester in mid-September. Participants from all over the country converge for this three-day event, which is usually the highlight of student life on campus. The fest involves events from all the departments, including from robotics, workshops, guest lectures, and informal. Utkansh: A cultural fest that is conducted during the even semester, which aims at drawing out the creative side of the techies on campus. The event is usually a four-day affair that occurs during the end of March. Each day usually has theme-based events; previous themes have included folk, rock, Kavi Sammelan (poets meet), comedy, theater, fusion etc.

The fees are nominal along with a special fee waiver for the students belonging to SC/ST category. The admissions to the B.Tech programs run by the institute are very competitive having an acceptance ratio of nearly 2-3%. Students were admitted on the basis of the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) till 2012 but from 2013 the admission is based on Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) conducted across India. Total seats for B.Tech is 786 for 2011 admissions. For the session of 2019-2020, the seats for B.Tech had increased by 33% and 1098 students were admitted for B.tech courses.

My friend had opted for a loan for education and he was assisted in the best possible manner. Three banks along with ATM are provided on the campus for the facility of the students.

The alumni regularly come to meet the students and guide them for a bright future. We have groups in which we regularly interact with our seniors.

The admission process is through Josaa. Cooperative staff and helped a lot in the admission process. The process was quite comfortable. I really felt the care that was given by the nonteaching staff to me at the time of admission. There were counselors who gave counseling at the time of admission. The whole process was disciplined and there were specialized people who provided specialized care on loan process, scholarship, etc.

The faculty is really helpful and helps us a lot. They have knowledge regarding every aspect of life and help us a lot. They are really great mentors and a person really requires such faculty to achieve success.
