Great learning experience

A good institute with great facilities, faculty, support and pedagogy. Depends on the students how best the facilities are utilized. I have mostly positive feedback to give about the college and the experience.

The college is affiliated to AICTE and VTU and hence the curriculum content and norms followed are given by VTU. The university follows GPA system of grading. Internal assessment marks account to total percentage and also the project and seminar marks are important constituent of the final percentage for final year students.

College and faculties have a decent exposure to industries and hence, with the contacts established, good number of students performing well in academics can find internships easily with support from the college.

Decent number of companies visit the campus for placement offering packages ranging from 2lpa to 7lpa. Placement opportunities are equally good for all branches for students even with low grades and the pre placement trainings are provided by the college and is really very helpful. Different sector industries ranging from technical support, OEM, educational training institutes, It etc visit the campus providing ample and diverse placement opportunities.

College hosts individual departmental fests like AAKAR for electrical and electronics department. The grandest of all fests is the annual college fest celebrating the students and colleges glory. Variety of exotic performances by celebrities and famous elite could be experienced. Truly amazing. In 2019, the institute even celebrated the silver jubilee fest which was grand and vibrant!

It is pretty feasible. During my batch it was 23k college fees including bus fees +40k CET fees. Fees is affordable as it also includes bus fees and minimal fees as tuition fee. College does not collect any unnecessary extra fees.

Students can avail SNQ scholarships recognized and awarded by the CET authority. Scholarships for lower class and minority is provided by karnataka government social welfare department via the institute.

College encourages variety fo sports and other co curricular activities. Students can compete in many intercollege, intercollege and inter university competitions. College has huge space for sports facilitating games like football, volleyball, throwball, athletics, batminton etc

Hostel has good facilities with good food, sanitation and other facilities. No serious complaints received so far. Girls hostel is closeby but the boys hostel is a little distant but the good news is that, college buses frequently run back and forth from college to hostel.

Alumni network is growing strong these days. College works hard to collect alumni data and organize them so that it would be beneficial to the students of the future. Many successful alumni are invited to college to guide the students in various occasions.

Final exam is for 100 marks but the maximum marks is 125 per subject which includes 25 marks for internal assessment. Each semester will have 6 theory subjects plus 2 laboratory subjects. Laboratory subjects are for 75 marks each that includes 25 marks for internal assessment marks

I wrote Karnataka CET and obtained a decent rank. I was given this college as one of the best options available to me during counseling. I enquired about the placements and pedagogy. I was impressed and hence paid the fees and got my admission on the date predetermined.

Most faculty are experienced, knowledgeable. They are student friendly and cooperative. They are willing to help for those who ask. They nurture students interests and help them learn concepts of the syllabus well.
