One most important positive side of this college is "Siemens center of excellence in ship building". You can learn on various equipment and technologies from siemens that are widely used in industries.

Course curriculum is same for all colleges which are affiliated to gujarat technological university. Syllabus is revised and updated after frequent intervals of time. Along with syllabus GTU also provides list of experiments to be performed by student to understand subject content.

No internship is provides by the college. Student has to go to industries and request for internship. College do not contribute in this matter. It is very tough to do internship without any kind of recommendation in industries.

Not good. Some local companies organizes campus interviews to recruit students but they prefer local candidate and do not offer good package. Highest package may be upto 20000 per month. If you are not from bhavnagar and looking for placement opportunities don't choose this college.

Some technical events can be organised due to mutual understanding between college authorities and students. No more events celebrated. College remains busy during election time period. Students organizes fresher and farewell parties outside college campus.

Most feasible like all government colleges. College fee is about 2500 INR per semester and university fees are 1500 per year. You can get room in nearby area renting 2000 to 2500 per person. Other expenses are very less.

As it is a government college fee structure is feasible for middle class student. All kinds of scholarships can be available offered by government of gujarat and central government. College staff advertise on notice board about scholarships.

No more extracurricular activities organised due to busy schedule. Students can participate in youth festival, sports competition organized by university but college will not co operate. If you have participate in any activity which is held on mid semester exam college will not take it again for you.

No hostel for boys. but no. of boys and girls hostels are available in bhavnagar. College infrastructure is not too good or bad. There are ordinary school like classrooms having benches,black board and fans. Canteen facility is not too good. I will rate 3 out of 5 for college infrastructure.

No alumni network supported by college. Each year pass out students have group on Face book, Whats app and other social media. Seniors are very helpful and there is no tradition of ragging. Alumni have to remain in contact with one another for networking.

Same as per norms of Gujarat technological university. In a 6 month semester there is mid semester exam of 30 marks, end semester exam of 70 marks and assignments and viva of 50 marks for evaluation. However assignments and viva (50 marks) will not affect your CGPA.

There is centralized admission process for engineering colleges in gujarat organized by admission committee for professional courses. You have to register on ACPC's website www.gujacpc.nic.in and give a preference list of colleges. You will allotted a seat based on your merit rank and preference list.

All faculties are good and very helpful in nature. All of them are either M.Tech. or Ph.D. They have good subject knowledge. But most of them do not have industrial exposure. Faculties are given particular subject to teach students as per their specialization in M.Tech. or Ph. D.
