Reflections on my college journey

the course curriculum is highly relevant and comprehensive aligning well with the current industry trends and academic advancements and hence it influenced my decision as they are directly related to my career goals. Improvements can be made by introducing emerging technologies in our course. exams are well timed and the difficulty level is balanced testing both conceptual and practical skills.

companies offering internships are google,uber,bny melon microsoft ,ongc,jsw,vedanta etc. you have to be good with the projects from web development, app development or from any programming language etc.

from 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. companies like google,microsoft,bny mellon,texas instruments ,vedanta ,ongc, cil. the highest package is 90 lakhs and it was offerd for amazon as a machine learning engineer. almost 80 percent is the placement rate. my plan is to prepare for the government exams after getting placed in the college.

Year wise fees is 1 lakhs 26 thousands rupees in which Rs26,000 is hostel fees and 1 lakhs is tuition fees. there is no any extra fees for registration,admission,development,lab,and any other compulsory charges. for the sc and st category ,there is no any tuition fees and Rs 26,400 is the hostel fees they paid every year. there is merit cum means scholarships for economically backward students that pays their tuition fees for the whole year.

srijan,concetto and khanan. all range of books and journals are available. classrooms are equipeed with fans,lcds. for sports there is two ground for cricket and football and sports activity center for badminton,table tennis. and one basketball court. various clubs for music,dance,and technicals etc.

room quality is quite good and thers is one bed,study table ,one cuboard for each of us. meal quality is good registration process is quite simple,you just have to register with your campus email. you cannot required any hostel ,pg as hostels are enough in the campus.

I have given the comedk exam through which i got a confirmed admission in R.V. college of engineering in bangalore but i choos iit ism dhanbad over it because of iit tag and better rate of return in future and confirmed job. for admission in my college ,first you have to clear the jee mains exam and then you have to qualify the jee advanced exam for taking admission in any iits, and jee advance is quite tough ,its acceptance rate is only 0.01 percent.

faculty to student ratio is almost 10 and faculty to student relationship is quite good and faculty are very approachable and they listen each and every doubt of students. mining department faculties are quite good and my favourite is Mr R.M bhattacharjee as his approach is quite differnt from other faculties as he explains the reasons for every sentence he taught. some of the faculties I personally dont like as they just read the pdfs without even undestanding. In one semester there are two exams namely mid semester and end semester ,before mid and end semester there is quiz and the level of exam is above average and almost all students clear the exams.

gym is open till 10 pm iin the night and library is open till 12 am in the night. and cafes are open till 3 am. hostel in timings are 2 am for boys and 12 am for the girls and campus in timings i s 10.00 pm. famous hangout place is our main canteen ,tea shops etc and it is quite safe to roam around.
