A review given by 3rd year student.

After i know the growing demand of pharmacist in India and abroad i make decision to choose this course. The curriculum prepared not only me all my friends very well so that we can face every single problem in the real world and we can apply the knowledge in any field. According to me more lab class should be taken so that student can learn the practical things. And smart board should be there in every class. The frequency of the exam is much close every month there are 2 exam befor semester exam we need to give 6 exam that is too much. We are not getting adequate amount of time to do other stuff other than studying.

From 6th semester student are eligible for the campus placement. There are so many big pharmaceutical companies that visited like sun pharma, dr. Reddy, h &h and many more and they have made offers. As per i know Dr. Reddy have made an offer of 5LPA and an average package of 2.5LPA . 70%students are getting placements every year. My plans is to for higher education.

Currently i am studying in 3rd year in Bachelor of Pharmacy in this collage. I have taken admission at the year 2022 at that time our total fee of this course in this collage was ?372000 including admission fees also and other expenses. But it doesn't include exam fees and other registration fess. Our semester wise we have to ?44000 before the semester exam. And exam fee of ?1200.other than no hidden charges are there. But last year the course fee was increase and now the course fee is ?420000.But one main point to be noted than this is one the most affordable college in West Bengal for doing Bachelor of pharmacy. In our batch there are no student who are getting any other benefits. But college gives many benefits to the backwards student and the student with the weak finance. No scholarship is given by the college . But as we are from west Bengal ,government of west Bengal gives us a scholarship of ?60000.

There are so many festival that held in our campus like in puja function are held, and anual fest organized every year. There are a vast range of books and journal available in our laibery. The classroom r enough good for the teaching. But every classes should have digital boeard for the better understanding of the students. Every year anual sports held in our college. Yes, blood donation camps are organised by our senior.

I have apply in the brainware college in kolkata. And get confirmed admission. But i choose this collage because as i say early this is the most affordable college the other colleges admission fees cross 6lakhs but this collage fit in my budget. No, i don't get any rejection from any other college. Very easy admission process. Students must pass any of the state or central level exam in medical like neet and wbjee and any other. Student go to the office of the college withe the required documents and pay the admission fee and fillup the admission form and other paper works. And done.

The faculty to student ratio is good for every 20 student there are 3 faculty. There is a very good relationship with the students and every faculty is very approchable . They help us in any situation. Mostly i like joyty mam, who is very good in teaching and mam is very polite. I don't want to say but i don't like somnaath sir who just feel better after insulting any student. The exams are done in semester way. The exam are modarate. Every year 20% (approx) student fail to clear the exam.

Campus timing is 10 -5 P. M. In college there is only one hangout place that is canteen. Outside the college there are so many places to hang out few km around there are so many cafes . And there so many famous tea stalls. Yes, the area is safe to roam around at night.
