Positive: good environment for stay and study. It is surrounded by mountains.Faculity are enrich with knowledge. Good accommodation and food facilities. Classrooms are well equipped with WiFi and CCTV.
Course Curriculum Overview
Good course to opt for those who is having experience between 3-4. It takes the study at new level. As it teaches new technology like Machine Learning,Python, Data Visualization, Python ,R studio and many more.
Internships Opportunities
Yes. But not yet availed.This is for b.tech and other courses. They provide intership to the companies ,first companies comes to the campus they arrive and select on the basis of entrance exam and then takes interview.
Placement Experience
For us we are already plaxed. But for b.techs companies like TCS, IBM and Tech Mahindra arrived till now. Many small startup companies with better CTC came for recurrent. There is no issue for jobs as they provide intership and company absorb the students.
College Events
Inguenity, Ted X talks, singing competition, nukad natak, theater plays. And all the sports. Inter house and at regional levels. Every year they have one big feast in which colleges from different areas come and participate.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As beign in the industry sponsored program my fees will be deducted in EMIs when I will join the company and it is feasible. Right now I am getting 10k as a stipend from the company. After July they will provide 50k in hand. So for me this course is good.
Fees and Financial Aid
They have the loan faclity for those who score top in the entrance exam. They can avail up to 50% concession in their fees. Loan facility also available. College provide their bank facility to students at lower interest rates.
Campus Life
They have volleyball,cricket, football, badminton and basketball court. They have pool room, dance room, artists room, and we'll equipped labs for biotech students and computers for engineering students
Hostel Facilities
Hotels are good. Their are no AC in rooms but they have duct system called Earth Air Tunnel system which is pretty awesome. It reduces the consumption of electricity and use waste water for different purpose.
Alumni/Alumna
They are very helpful and have rich of experience. They help in classes and in teaching subject and share their experience whenever required. They come and take classes and share their industrial experience.
Exam Structure
For us exam structure is like we have 4 semesters and in one semester we have one mid term exam and one final exam. And from next day the next term starts. Timings are from 10:30 to 12 pm. Pen and paper exam. Strict rules.
Admission
1. Entrance Test 2. GD 3. Interview There was an entrance test on Sunday. It contains two sections first is general questions contains apptitude, reasoning, general knowledge,English. And on second half it has vectors questions. GD was done on the topic of Artificial intelligence and in interview asked questions from maths, physics ,hr and artificial intelligence.
Faculty
Faculty is good. Knowledgeable. And have years of experience. They provide practical knowledge with theory concept. There are plenty of faculty with different fields. And have different faculty for arts and singing.
