The Migration Case

There are only two major flaws in our college. 1.The placements of the college has to be impoved 2.The crowd is not good as there are many misbehaving students and bullying done to the weaker students If these 2 things improve College can seriously improve.

As compared to the course curriculum of NMIMS the curriculum of NCU is not good. It is ok ok as it doesn’t aim to enhance the knowledge of students. There were many things that we have already learned in our schools.

They do provide internships but information of them were not passed to all of the students. Same happened with me after I got my internship (outside college) after that I got to know that college was also giving chances for summer internship. But one of my classmate did internship from college and she had an amazing experience as she was able to gain knowledge. And stipend was I guess around 5000/-

Placements and job opportunities in out college is not at all good as since past few years one student of my batch was placed this year she was the first student got placed from BBA. But as compared to other courses B.Tech still have decent placement opportunities.

In an year there are many events that are celebrated like from starting of new semester first event happens around holi After that in November Momentum is celebrated which goes on for 3 days and is the biggest fest of our college After that one event is also celebrated aroun valentine week.

Fee structure is feasible as in NMIMS the fee was double of what I am paying now and the living cost was also very much There are also scholarships for the studens who perform well in semester and those students receive some award and a trip to some foreign country.

There are very less extracurricular activities done in college as the crowd of college is not good and they do not support anything initiated by college for them. But sports like basketball and cricket are good and the team of college had won many prizes in them.

I don’t know about the hostels but the infrastructure of college is very nice and it is also maintained very properly. To be honest I also like the campus because in NMIMS there was only one floor alloted to SOM.

Yes they are as they give you an idea about how the college is and we grt mentality prepared for what will happen. They aslo give you a fair idea of how the crowd will be and many things. No futher comment on the alumni network and senior students.

Exam structure is good as in each semester we have 1 minor that are out of 50 marks and after that 1 major out of 100 marks. And in between these two exams We get plenty of time to prepare for them and get good marks.

First of all as I was a first migration case for them they didn’t know what to be done so I had to attend a session of 3 hours long after which I got to know it was not needed at all. Then after that I gave interview which was again not needed. Then finally I had an interview with chairperson of college who had to decide whether to accept or reject me. And finally after waiting I got accepted in NCU.

The faculty of the college is very nice and helpful be it anything. They help students to study by giving study material as much as they can and guide them to achieve good marks. They are very frank with the students and we always have fun as well as study in out daily sessions.
