Remarks
The college should include boys hostel inside the college as the boys face a lot of problem during morning time for getting transport. Also beverages in canteen should be increased so that students when not interested in hostel food can avail the facilities of canteen
Course Curriculum Overview
The Course Curriculum has been planned by the skilled faculty and is regularly revised by taking feedback from the students itself so that changes are made depending upon the students understanding of the subjects.
Internships Opportunities
Yes the college provides Summer Internship. The companies start visiting the campus from the month of August and continues till the month of March. The Stipend varies with respect to the company, its location and profile as well. I am currently pursuing my internship
Placement Experience
The placements offered varies with respect to the company and its location. There are various job opportunities being offered for different domains. Mainly, the jobs offered are for Marketing domain. Also there is a Training and placement department who has coordinators for coordinating with the companies and students
College Events
There are various events being celebrated such as Ganesh chaturthi, Diwali, Holi, Teez, Lohri, Makar Sakranti(for hostellers)etc. Also, Independence and Republic Day is also celebrated which keeps nationalism a part of students responsibility
Fee Structure And Facilities
The Fee structure changes with every academic year and is feasible with any other private management college. The fees to be paid can be done through various payment methods and is done on installment basis
Fees and Financial Aid
The students scoring a defined percentage in various MBA Entrance exams are being given the scholarship which is being waived off from their academic year fees and it varies with respect to the percentage scored in the entrance exams
Campus Life
The college organizes Cultural fest which has various cultural activities organized and sports and games for students as well as for faculty. The Cultural fest has sponsors and a famous group, band, singers etc perform in it.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel infrastructure is well equipped with all the facilities.As compared to other sister campuses, Jaipuria Institute of Management has the best hostel facilities (for girls), with facilities of parlor etc. The hostel food is not so good.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students are helpful in terms of sharing experiences with respect to college, its faculty, subject related issues as well as choosing a domain for future.They are also friendly and interact with the juniors their free time.
Exam Structure
The Exam system is well structured. The marks are being divided in 60:40 ratio as Internal as well as External respectively. The internal marks are evaluated by the faculty in whole trimester and the end term has written exam for awarding marks for external assessment
Admission
Firstly filled the Entrance Form and attempted the written paper of CMAT. Results were out and I based on previous years cut off filled the Registration form for the respective college. Then I was asked to report for GD/PI round at my home location. It was followed by a Case study round and Face to face Interview.
Faculty
The college has highly skilled professors from reputed colleges and are eager to impart their knowledge and provide guidance for every thing whether it might be for future placements or for summer internship
