Course Curriculum Overview

As professor gives practical knowledge of your subjects it becomes very useful for you to use it while working in companies ....for betterment college also provides internships which enhances and prepares you for upcoming opportunities

College provides internships but if you can manage your own that is well and good...some of the companies offer stipend ...every internships has one compulsory project which you have to complete within period under your mentor and managers guidance ...which become very helpful during company hiring ...

Placement Experience

Mostly compnies started hiring from 7 semester while some of them allows 3 yr students also...Reliance company comes every year ..Asian paints , Berger , nerolac hires for surface tech branch students ..

Fees and Financial Aid

College takes 11000rs fee for obc students for any branch whether it is chemical engineering or technology ...there is registration fee , lab charges varies according to branches..for general students it is definitely more than that..U can apply for scholarship gets according to your caste... This was the scenario during my admission I.e. for yr 2016 ...but now it is different as college became autonomous institute ...for that you can definitely check college website

Campus Life

Campus life is kinda interesting because of various technical events such as merge , litaa , and non technical events like annual gathering , ganesha celebration along with sports and extra curricular activies...college has its own library provides books for every semester ..

Hostel Facilities

I was living in university girls hostel for 4 year...registration process is quite lengthy for hostel admission ..hostel matron and warden provides safety with strict regulations ....at that time hostel mess was there which was compulsory for every girl...with not ao good food ...overall hostel experience was great highly recommended

Admission

As chemical colleges are quite less as compared to other engineering colleges ...and I find surface coating branch very fascinating because of paints and colors and different kind of coatings . ...as I got this college in first round for eligibility criteria u have to meet cut off varies according to caste reservation

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio is quite low in college...professors are quite approachable they helps each and every student to clarify theirs doubts in terms of everything ....for every year there is two term exam and exams have moderate level of difficulty ...to clear exams easily u should go through last 6-7 years of papers ...analyse it thoroughly and you can paas the exam easily based on that...course is absolutely relevant

Night Life

Boys hostel is in college campus nd it's of college only...and there is no girls hostel in campus it is 3km away from college and its of university not college hostel...after classes you can chill in canteen ...for girls hostel hostel timings are 6am-7pm...

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

College review for better selection for better opportunities in future

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

After 6th semester, Students are eligible for campus placements. ONGC GAIL SAIL IOCL etc are companies with an average package of 10 to 12 lakh per annum. Placements are more than 80% ,it mainly depends on the skills you develop. Not as FireMan, as Fire Officer at least.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

Best in the neighborhood, convenient to reach , easily accessible for all the student's , good faculty and good quality of education, amenities available are great along with the essential facilities. Exposure to national level competitions along with the motivation to attempt them.Practical knowledge is also provided with the theoretical knowledge

Review on Surface Coating Technology in LIT Nagpur

This was based on only JEE Mains in 2014 as MHT-CET for engineering was not available for that year. So, we have to score more than 92 percentile in combinedly PCM (12th) & JEE. All of the processes are done after the result of JEE Main. The state conducts a CAP round where all the colleges will be given choice to the participating students. Every year the cut-off is different and declared on the official site for the CAP round of engineering of Maharashtra state colleges.
