Likes

The things i appreciate about this college is having good faculty
The faculty nature and they also try their best for the student
In terms of sport its also kind of good provides basketball court, badminton court etc

Dislikes

The thing i disliked is the timing of college which strts from 8:25
Also the hostel mess food quality is bad
Girls to boys ratio is also not that good its like out of 10 its 7 boys and 3 girls

Course Curriculum Overview

In terms of the difficulty perspective its not that difficult and the aspect which influenced me was its the short term course which 3 years and bit curriculum is not that effective in term of real world

Internships Opportunities

The internships my college doesn't provide internships to students at all the students try from their own for the internshios with their knowledge , some of the faculty tries to give you some projects ideas and that's all

Placement Experience

Students became elegible for the placments in there 3 year like 5th sem and companies like wipro, tcs and Infosys came there for placement but i am not like waiting for that i will prepare for the off campus placement and placement is like 15-20% students in my opinion

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fee structure for the year is 82000 and some merit base scholarship is provided on the 12th grades and also the college provides some cgpa based benefits like providinv 5000-8000 if are having a good rank

Campus Life

In term of the infrastructure is college is good and technological facilities are okay, campus life in this college is just ok not bad at all but nit even good and in terms of socials and students for the club involvement its very good college

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are good in college but mess food quality is not that good, process for hostel registration is very simple and i was in college hostel but cause of food quality they were provided i left that and now i rented a room and make my own food

Hostel Fee: INR 75000 per year

Admission

I chose this college cause Lucknow university was i applued for first but it was having maths as a compulsory subject in 12th but i was not having that and after that college i thought this one was the best one and the admission process was on the merit basis so there was no need for the entrance exam

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio it's good and it's like having 20- 25 students over one faculty and faculty student relationship is also very good their behavior to student is nice and course curriculum is like its fir 3 years and marking scheme is 60 marks for the main end sem exam other like 20 from practical and 20 internal

Night Life

Its very bad area where the college location is cause its not even in lucknow ans its in between lucknow ans barabanki its just like a forest area near, college library good, canteen is ok, but locality for the night is bad there are not even proper lights to roam around college

The college provides good placements.Students can become eligible for placements from 3rd year . More than 20 companies visit for campus placements which give multiple offers. Highest package offered -12lpa and average package is around 5lpa.I am planning to pursue MCA after my BCA degree

Best for college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

All Faculties are good and everyone has a lot of experience in their work also support students. Faculty qualification is best and their way of teaching and explaining is also good. Placement Experience:

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.

I chose this college over others because of its balanced focus on ACADEMICS, PLACEMENT, INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACULTY SUPPORT, which felt more student-centric compared to the other colleges i applied to. I applied to a few similar private universities and received confirmed admission offers, but I chose this college due to its better course strucutre, approachable faculty and strong placement support.
