It is an idle college with everything that a student can dream of. It has the best education,infrastructure, cleanliness, faculty,location,canteen,security,hostel and lot of other things. It is also an extremely disciplined college which may not be liked by some students.

The course curriculum is divided into six semesters ,each of 4 months followed by 20 days of semester exams. The first 4 semesters also have one subject which is studied as a minor and one subject which is studied as AECC or for skill enhancement.

Yes my college provides internships which are optional to apply for. I interned with Indian folk Forum for writing articles for them , four times a week. I had to also attend a meeting at least once a week. My stipend was 8000/-. It was a learning internship.

Our college is improving towards this sector. We have individual portals where we get information about upcoming offers. Though we are not as good as colleges like SRCC, it has highly improved this year.

Each society celebrates its fest in the even semester with lots of inter college competition. There is a 3 day college fest in February with games, concert and exhibitions. There is an annual day in college for prize distribution.Along with this various workshops and seminars are conducted by various departments time to time,

It is a government college hence fees is very feasible with one time payment for the entire year with no extra examination fee. It differs from one course to another with an average of 12 to 18 k ,not more than that.

Though I have not availed any but there are scholarships for financially weak students in the college on the basis of their marks, income and attendance. There is also principal scholarship depending upon the performance of the student.

There are several societies of different activities of which one can be a part of and indulge in them.The labs are well equipped and maintained in each department. There are various sports and a gym where one can indulge in.

Some alumni girls come to give talks and hold workshops otherwise we are not aware of any network as such. Therefore I cannot give more information in this field as I am not aware of any such network.

The exam takes place in May and December of 2 semesters respectively.They are 3 hour long with MM being 75 marks. The students are given a preparation leave of 10 days prior to the exams and there are gaps between the exams too.

I am a foreign student from Nepal therefore I applied from the foreign quota where I couriered my application form along with my result certificate to the Foreign DU office. I was then called once I was selected in a particular college.

The faculty of Miranda House is extremely talented, confident and experienced. Along with in depth knowledge in their subjects, they also strive in the personality development of students.Most of the teachers in the college are alumni which is a huge inspiration to the girls.
