Course Curriculum Overview

I gives my course rate is 4/5. This course gives me basic to advanced knowledge of all the particular subject. I thought in this course curriculum and teaching methods are improvement they only teach theoretical but not teach real world problems.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 48000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For me open category 48000 + Scholarship & my friends OBC category 45000 + scholarship and also sc/sc category 7000 + scholarship for engineering program yearly it should be increase/decrease for the specific program.

Campus Life

My college life experience is good. Me & friends are enjoying those college life days. We actively participate in each college functions like our annual social gathering, sports, days in our college. In traditional day we are enjoying.

Admission

I go through cap round in admission process. I will apply for upto two cap rounds after that i confirmed to the college by paying one thousand rupee. After that i go to college to submit my documents .

Faculty

Faculty members are good . They provide good knowledge of student by practically & theoretically. In examination time they created strict weather in campus. They avoid to student for cheating in the examination.

Night Life

Basically our college is in rural area as compare to other college it has low night life. In our college campus some shops are their like stationary, snacks center & others. There was minimum night life.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Placement Experience:

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

The college is excellent because there are numerous facilities available such as experienced staff members and a wide range of instruments such as HPLC, HPTLC, UV, IR, and others. the college has good infrastructure, including a large library with nearly 6000 books and a campus with WI-FI .there are three research labs for PG students, and the college has its own licensed animal house. In addition, the teaching staff has a Ph.D.
