Likes

The teaching faculty is excellent. they are expert and have a very good knowledge about the topics.
Scholarship will be soon arranged for the students who achieves by giving a test and is eligible for scholarship.it is important to be able to provide scholarship for althose who are in need .they need to be helped .
Students will absolutely enjoy their campus life as there are various fests, different days are celebrated and the campus itself is very beautiful to enjoy.

Dislikes

I don't like the faculty member of these college, also the hod is a liar.
The admission process was not that difficult but the website was very bad to handle...
Big line for paying fees, fees structure, no online payment available for many colleges

A student's perspective on Sinhagad academy of engineering (sae)

Likes

The faculty is nice, they are well educated and pay attention individually
Infrastructure is decent with hostel facility and canteens
Well maintained campus with ample amount of sunlight and trees

Dislikes

Two wheeler Parking space is very less four wheeler parking is available
Boys to girls ratio is okayish like 30% girls.

Placement Experience:

There are placements available and 6th/7th sem students become eligible for it. Highest package offered was around 11 lakh and average is about 4 lakh around 70% to 80% students get placed on basis of the tests conducted by the companies individually

Second is that Staffs.so staff is very good. Because if any doubt to student then they solve fastly and they also lives kindly with students. And they also support with students for any kind of problems. And also motivate to each and evry students..
Teaching is very professional. And they teach us according to practical implementation so we got also practical knowledge about that topics. And they also prepared us for placement. Teaching skills of all teachers are very very very best. I like it.

Dislikes

Fees is very high
Campus is vary small but students count is very large.so there is very much crowd

Course Curriculum Overview:

Electronics and telecommunication engineering is best branch. And there is also best teaching of hardware as well as software and also in which attendance is mandatory. They shows how to use the academics with real world applications. By taking hardware practicals. I think no need of improvement but i gives improvement in attendance. Please don't take attendance mandatory.

A well maintained college.

Likes

The faculty is supportive and helps students whenever needed, especially during exams and project works.
Campus life is enjoyable with fests, events, and friendly environment among students
Well maintained structure and good labs.

Dislikes

Placement opportunities are decent and limited.
Curriculum is more theoretical and lacks practical.
Lab facilities can be improve but are good.

Students generally become eligible for campus placement from 6th sem with most companies visiting during 7th and 8th sem. Companies visit like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, LTM, Cognizant and various startup companies. 60-70% students get placement.

Placement cell is available at our college. Which provide good quality of seminar and conduct various placement regarding programs for the students. From 3rd year students become eligible for the campus placement. Highest package from SNJB COE is 10 to 11 lpa and average package is around 3 to 4 LPA .

Overall review of my college life in VIT Pune

Likes

College faculties helps the students alot outside of lectures.
College encourages and focuses more on project based learning instead of only one final paper.
They make sure you publish atleast 5 to 6 research papers throughout your college tenure which inturn helps during placement.

Dislikes

Campus was not very big as I had hoped .
Student section takes alot of time whenever you are in need of something.
Club activities sometimes takes precedence over other important things.

Placement Experience:

The Training Placement Office Logins are given to us in the third year of the college where alot of companies gives opportunities to apply for the said job role or internship. Approximately 5 to 10 companies visits are there every month which increases as you enter your final year of college.

VIIT Review

Likes

Great Faculty, really dedicated professors and teachers.
Small but clean college campus with CCTVs and guards all around for security.
Plenty of greenery in college, Cold, Filtered Drinking Water, Labs with Modern new gen PCs.

Dislikes

The maintenance of celling fans inside classrooms is bad, many of them work and whichever works very slowly.
The amount of speed breakers from College's Main Gate to Department Building is a bit too much. There isn't need of them.
Terrible College wifi and even the cellular 5G internet coverage seems to be blocked by some Signal Jammer or something especially inside department buildings.

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming for offering placements from 6th semester of College and college also provides full support and help preparing for it. They update time to time for every new company coming and encourage applying.

VIIT : Not like you expect

Likes

Faculty is helpful and helps us in getting clear academic and placement goals.
Contents included in the syllabus are aligned with the trend.
Teachers help us with our doubts in any subject.

Dislikes

Infrastructure of the college is not as expected provided the fees.
College do not focus on improving everyone's skills only about the toppers

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester the students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies visit this college like Infosys, Calfus , Amazon , UBS, Crowdstrike. In case of no campus placements, one can try research internship offered by college.

My experience at VIT pune

Likes

There is a friendly (not everyone) and supportive. staff
Good students and have great knowledge about their feild.
If you are willing to get a job they have a dedicated office and staff for that with which you have great chance of getting one.

Dislikes

Cumpus is too small and if you are a sport freak there is no space for that
Fees too high as compared to a campus and other facilities provided.
Exam staffs are very rude and consider students as there slave and scold you at mere mistake.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placement is after 2 year or at 5th semester. And companies that have visited are Morgan Stanley, TCS, JP Morgan, etc. and many others. Basic package is about 7 lacs per annum which I consider as okay for freshers. And the student which got highest is 26 lac per annum as he was one of the brightest student of the college. I think 50 to 60 percent students get placed more or less maximum are low package students. My plans are different than doing job so not applied at any of the job.

Balanced Academic Journey at SKNCOE

The supportive and approachable faculty members who guide students academically and profesionally.
The active participation opportunities in technical , cultural and sports events that help in overall personality development.
The availability of good laboratory facilities, library resources, and campus amenities that support learning.

Dislikes

The limited number of core engineering companies visiting the campus for placements.
The curriculum being relatively more theoretical compared to practical industry exposure.
The average placement packages , which require students to put in additional personal effort to secure better opportunities.

Placement Experience:

students generally become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester. Several IT an core companies visit campus , including Cognizant , NICE Systems , LTIMindtree. The highest pckage offered is around 24 LPA , while the average package ranges around 4-7 LPA.

Inside Life at GHRCEM: Placement, Faculty and Campus Reality

The teaching staff is very well educated and friendly nature with student.
Campus is big and also has turf cricket, football ground and big sand ground .
celebrating days and festivals like Ganpati , Navratri, shivjayanti.

Dislikes

lablary staff is very strict and making issues every time
infrestructure is not that much attractive
College Gym i presonaly not like has no good equipments

Placement Experience:

Placement at GH Raisoni College Of Engineering and Management are moderate, especially for CSE/AI Student . Students become eligible from the 7th sem. companies like TCS, Infosys, and WIPro visit the campus. The higher package goes upto around 8-10 LPA, and the average Package is 3-4 LPA. Around 60-75% of students get placed. After graduation, i plan to work in software/AI roles and improve my skills through internship and Certifications.

What is your review of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)?

Saikat Das,studied at Savitribai Phule Pune University (2020)

One of my friends recently graduated from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). According to her, it is better to do anything rather than joining this institute. She mentioned some of the reasons that made her feel this way.

The institute only focuses on making money and not actual education.
The syllabus and curriculum followed by the institute are outdated.
Practical training is not properly given, making students lag behind the industry demands.
Basic things like a proper academic calendar are not provided.
Re-evaluation is time-consuming and usually not done properly.
A 60% from SPPU is not considered good enough for admission to other colleges. They do not consider it as first class.
They are known to have the worst and uncooperative staff members. They are not at all helpful or considerate about any problem.

It is suggested that you do not opt for SPPU as they are highly unprofessional. They do not have a proper way to conduct classes, assemblies, extracurricular activities and get involved in everything half-heartedly. SPPU is a good example of how a university should be not.
