Comprehensive Review of VIT Bhopal Hostel facilities and the Experience of Academics.

According to me, the curriculum was approx 160 credits which have to be completed for the btech year students. these credits are must to take placement oppourtunity. Our curriculum is basically the theory based more rather than end year. In the end year there are some practical based sessions too. As discussed earlier, there are 2 exams in the 6 months time period and the exam's paper were designed at the moderate level.

The internsips were both on-campus and off-campus you can apply. Taking the case of on-campus some of the companies will approach you if you had filled their form for internship on the basis of your CGPA. All of the thing will be online mode through linkedin platform. All of the experience you will gain through online mode using these platforms. The stipend they offer approx 12000. The time duration will be 2 months. The projects you will get according to the codes you had learned and the details you will fil on the resume. There will be the tasks have been provided through online mode.

In the btech course, the placements session will start after the 3rd year mid year. From this year, the placement session were going on. In India, there are few companies such as TCS which offers massive hiring from this college. But there is the scene that your CGPA must be above 6 under this. For other cases the CGPA must be 8 or 8 above. The highest package latest is 44LPA and the average is approx 7-8LPA. Approx 60-80% students get placed every year. If taking my plan, I will take the placement from the on-campus if package satisifies. If not then I will go to off-campus apply.

If taking about the fee structure and the scholarship oppourtunities, I am basically a Integrated Mtech student in VIT, Bhopal taken admission in 2022 batch. Basically there are 2 ways to get admission in this college as:- one way is pass through the VITEEE exam and get admission in VIT any branch and second way is getting admission through brochers type people. I am explaining my scenario as:- I had given the VITEEE exam and got cleared in B.Tech (Gaming Technology) with teir 1 having fees as 1lakh approx. But the VIT brochers had changed my parents mind to take the admission in Int. Mtech. The fees structures as:- 1st year:- tution fees - 2lakh 16thoushand per year including caution deposit (20k). 2nd to 5thyear:- tution fees - 2lakh 13 thousand per year. At the end, final fees amount you will pay approx 11 lakh. If taking case of SC/ST students, they provide the scholarship as per government norms.The tution fees will be comparatively low as compared to general and OBC students.But the actual amount will be given by the college only. As the year passes on, the tution fees increases from 5-10% per year admission conducted. To ease the students fees, the VIT also provides the scholarships too such as GVSDP scholarship which offers 100% off on tution fees. For those who are taking bank loans for study, the VIT offers the loan payment too which means the fees will be paid by the pass out students who got settled in company but there is a scene when you got placed in company then you will pay the amount for your junior with max 3years. If you are planning to stay in hostel, but take my advice as don't take room in hostel as they placed you as a jail you can't go outing without proper approval, but the canteen is there in VIT campus but the price is high for the food. At the end, Conclusion part VIT offers scholarships to students, and taking the case of tution fees (exclude the hostel fees as it depends on what type of room you take), tution fees changes per year..

There are several technical events going on such as Advitya. In this event there are 3 days event. On the 1st day there are technical events; 2nd day there are non-technical events and at the end day there will be the invitation of the singer means the concert type. But above all the scenes, there must be some fees they will take as the charges. The sports events were also going on such as Chess, Volleyball etc with inter campus and national level. Also there are several clubs too of several sports etc.

According to me, The hostel facility is like a jail for students who are staying there. Taking the specific case of Block 1, it is same like as jail meaning no one can leave the hostel after 8:00 pm. Plus if you go for outing you must return before 7:00 pm otherwise your parents will get called that your ward is not present in his/her room. The facilities they provide are:- poor wifi quality; no proper place to sleep (small barrack type room); bathroom and washroom are too worst (as many students smoke in the bathroom and washroom) in block 1 specially. Other block's are pretty much good with respect to block 1. The meal quality was average meaning you can eat and can survive only. There are 24/7 survillence cameras too on each floor and each block hostel's. There are no study room's (library type rooms), TV's available in the hostel's. But there is one doctor available but my advice don't take medicines from them as they are illiterate (meaning they don't know anything about doctorate) Taking the case of registration process, when you had cleared the VITEEE exam and then you have the option to choose the hostel or be day-scholar. If you are looking for PG near by this college, then there are many PG's avaliable at the main highway before turning in VIT, Bhopal College main gate.

Before taking the admission into VIT, Bhopal I had given the entrance exam of other colleges such as LPU, SRM University etc. But taking into this college I had some scenarios as the VIT ranking is better than other private colleges. Taking the case of eligibility if you cleared your VITEEE exams according to the basis of your rank you will get the admission in respective VIT, branches. There are 5 branches as: VIT Vellore; VIT Chennai; VIT Bhopal and then VIT Amravati. For cracking this exam you have to be basic knowledge of PCM then you will get selected in this

If I talk about the faculty, they are good. They teach you as a politely way but there can be language barrier as in college many faculty were south side they can speak english very well and south languages pretty much. Taking the case of course structure, the time tables were designed with regular time period gaps. But if you take the classes regularly, then the class timing starts from 8:30 am and it will end at 7:30 pm. Some of the faculty were strict too here. In the btech batch, for the 4year time period, you have to complete your 160 credits ( credits means that the students marks means 4,3 etc whenever you pass your subject you will be awarded the credits) taking the case of integrated mtech students you have the 220 credits to be completed in 5 year. In 1 year, 6 months 6months are there in 6months 4months one semester and 2months 1 semester. If any student fails the exam they can give supply and if not cleared the supply they will give arrear at the year end time. Here is one scenario more that if your attendance is below 75% you will get debarred from the exam and you have to re-register the course which costs RS6000. There are few faculty which were liked as there teaching style, friendly behaviour etc.

Taking my case; I didn't face any of the above. But as the fresher batches are coming, they face some of the interview questions type such as ( What are your favourites food type means veg or non-veg ) etc type. But for the entrance, they conduct the VITEEE exams in which there are questions of MCQ type and there are plus (4) for correct and (-1) for incorrect answer. For preparation, if you know the basic 12th PCM and if you are preparing for JEE exams then you can easily clear this so called VITEEE exam. And plus point take my advice if you get best rank and you have choice as VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai and VIT Amravati then go there don't come here.

Taking the case of night life, My experience was worst as taking the hostel life, the hostel gate will be close on 8:00 pm and will open again at 6:00 am next morning. There were gyms too in hostel blocks but there is the timing as 2hrs time. In morning and in evening 2hrs each. There are no hangout places if you are living in hostel..
