Likes
- The faculty: the teachers are cooperative and support us where ever we require help with a friendly nature and are always willing to learn more with us.
- The infrastructure of the institute pulled me there , which was huge in size and a peaceful campus accomodating a huge number of students. Having various facilities like cool filter water, good playground, etc.
- The ratio here in Abhyapuri college is more likely to be the same as of boys to girls..
Dislikes
- Some of the classroom are not equipped with advanced teaching technologies like audio visual boards and proper seating desk and bench which should not be an issue for all(in my perspective)
- No integrated playground, during the college week the students have to travel various places outside the college campus for participating in the college activities, like majority of the games are held outside the college.
- The teachers are less involved in cocuricular activities like sports and outdoor events, which results a unorganised event or a event with less and no proper planning.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are two exams mainly,one is the sessional exam and the other is the final exams. Which occur every six months or we can say per semester which is of six months each. I like the teaching method of our teachers cause we got the digital class rooms which help us with new learning methods...
Fees and Financial Aid
For the admission a year fee of rs 1600 to 2000 is required. Along with the per semester exam fees which is to be paid separately during the registration period before exams a amount of rs 1600. There is also a scheme of free admission for the economically weaker section which can be availed by providing some documents like income certificate. Along with a picture of the candidate planting a sapling. The fees don't vary much from that of the honours course and regular course Students also get various aids like scholarships We also get a amount of approx rs 1000 per year of buying books etc. The various rates like tution fee admission fee lab fee etc etc are mentioned in the fee receipt which is provided during the admission or registration time.
Campus Life
Recently we had the annual college week which usually occurs in the month of February. Along with this there are various other programs that are held in the college like workshop on various courses and other diploma based things..etc.
Admission
I liked the faculty over here and was also influenced by the institutions infrastructure and various features of the college. The admission process of the college was also easy and hassle free than that of other colleges.
Faculty
The faculty and students relationship is always good, the teachers are always willing to help us and learn along with us. I am highly proud of our English Department in this institution. All the staff members are like our friends and take equal efforts for any departmental activities.. which helps us win the competition.
Night Life
Basically we don't have any night life in our college. The college hostel are situated out side the campus and are not integrated along with the campus. We donot have a gym in our college. Some of the famous hangout place according to me is the two wheeler parking are near the trees.
