Course Curriculum Overview

The course totally consists of 6 semesters. 2 semester per year. Each semester contains 2 internal exams.

Placement Experience

At the end of the year famous companies will visit the college and a job fair will be conducted

College Events

In beginning of every year each departments inaguration will be conducted with freshers day will be celebrated and various events will be hosted by each departments and the inter-department cultural program ovation will be conducted every year.

Campus Life

The labs are of world class. There is different sports team for different departments and form that teams college team is selected. Every type of sports is motivated by loyola.

The college hold a strong alumni association where the celebration of this association is conducted on friendship day of every at the campus. The members can come and meet their old classmates and friends

Life at PSGCAS

Placement Experience:

The placements were okay in our college, it starts from the second year onwards in respect to diff degree. For economics it starts from 5th semester onwards. There were many companies who visited including goldman sachs, deloitte, zoho, tcs, accenture etc. and the package starts from 1,20,000 to 12,00,000 rupees per annum.

Madras School of Economics - A Comprehensive Review for Bachelor's

Course Curriculum Overview:

Has a lot of new age courses like MS Excel, Python and Data Science. It prepares you fairly well for roles like Data Analyst, Financial Modelling, etc. Areas for improvement include optimising the curriculum load as per the students. Two internals (one after a month after sem starts, second a few weeks before the end sem) and the end sem. I feel the end sem is relatively easier due to the preparation we endure for the internals.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Political science syllabus in our college is pretty upgraded. The way it's structured is also pretty good. For a student of Political Science, they first gives us an introduction of the discipline theoretically explaining the subject before moving to it's real life examples. Out syllabus covers almost everything that is required for a Political Science graduate. Faculties make it even more effective using assignments and their lectures. We also have inter-disciplinary courses.
