Course Curriculum Overview
It's tough. Exam is MCQ pattern and physics chemistry and bio are asked. You have to prepare these subjects. And then appear for exams. First in pre. After clearing pre you are selected for mains. Where you have to get good rank to get into college.
Placement Experience
Yes my college provides internship. There is provision of compulsory internship for 1 year after completing 4.5 yrs of MBBS course. Job opportunities are many. You can become a medical officer after completing mbbs. But you can also persue PG for higher studies. Stipend in internship is 15,000.
College Events
A lot of events like fresher's party, teachers day, Saraswati puja, college foundation day is celebrated in our college. In which student from different semester participate and enjoy the events. In college foundation day a variety of events are held. Total of 12-15 events are held.
Fee Structure And Facilities
My college fees is 20,000 per annum including hostel charges and tuition fees. For food it's approximately 2000-3000 per month depending upon your diet. The hostel is decent but food here is not satisfactory.
Fees and Financial Aid
My college itself doesn't offers scholarship but many government scholarship facility is available for reserved category students and whose family income is less. They pay their hostel tuition fees per annum.
Campus Life
Labs are essential part of MBBS study. Labs are pretty good here. Sports are not much for girls. Boys play whatever they want. Girls mostly stay indoors and play just indoor games. Not even that many a times
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are pretty ok here but the problem is shortage of rooms. We don't get single room. We have to live in shared rooms. For boys there are adequate rooms but for girls there are not much rooms. And some people live in a very short space.
Alumni/Alumna
My college has a very strong alumni network. And seniors are very well behaved here. They help a lot to their Juniors and support a lot. Seniors mostly help in study related things. They tell us how to handle practical and vivas
Admission
By clearing state entrance I got into this college. I got a rank under 100. And after which a counseling was held. After counseling I was selected for admission in this college. I came here and took admission.
Faculty
Faculties are nice here. There are different professors. They teach us clinical as well as theory in the class. Clinicals are held in ward, where we learn on patients. They are very experienced and very knowledgeable people.
