- 1- Faculty- The mentors are excellent. They are well educated and have done PHD.'s and graduated from IIMS so they have a good experience and some faculties have been in corporate company's because of which they are able to deliver practical exp.
- 2- Campus Infrastructure- The campus has good vibes and it's a green campus. The classes have air conditioner's and comfortable furniture. The campus has a good cafeteria where the food is made with hygiene and also sports areas for different games.
- 3- Placements - Placement cell is quite good and active also they provide internship opportunities, live projects for practical exposure which is very helpful for students. We have seen our seniors getting placements in good companies which is best.
Dislikes
- 1-Exposure - if one wants exposure it is missing here since the strength is small and people are mostly from nearby areas so the social interaction is lacking and one can't get full experience and exposure because of this.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course since MBA is a theoretical course and PGDM focuses on practical learning. The curriculum is designed in a way so that we are prepared for real world applications as we are taught examples which relate to real life scenarios. There are brand case studies which includes current trends. The teaching method is quite good and I think it doesn't needs improvement as each and everything is taught well to us. The trimester is of 3months where during the 2nd month we often have mid semester exams and 3rd month we have end semester exams. The difficult level is moderate depending on the faculty who designed the question paper.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunity is given after 1st year of college. The company's are like Nestle, Dabur, Amul, Reliance, L.G etc roles are like sales associate, business development intern etc. I am a joiner so I will experience this things after 1st year and then I can clarify better.
Placement Experience
During 5th-6th semester of 2nd year students become eligible for placement while some get pre placement offers also if they perform well in their internship after 1st year. The company's who have visited campus are Amazon, Deloitte, Nestle, Dabur, KPMG, Amul, L.G, Wipro etc. The highest package offered till now is 50 lakhs for international company. And average is around 20 L.P.A while the minimum is 5 lakhs. Almost a students in the campus gets placed as everyone gets minimum placement assurance letter from the college. After degree i also plan to sir for interviews.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is paid in installments. 75,000 at the time of registration. 2,50,000 is the 1st installment, 2,50,000 is the 2nd installment. installment 3 is 1,60,000 and installment 4 is also 1,60,000 total fee is 8,95,000. There are various scholarships on the basis of certain criterias the amount is not clearly specific but like students who have above 50% score in CAT/MAT can get upto 50% scholarships and girl child and students having more than 80% in 10th 12th graduation gets upto 30% scholarship.
Campus Life
In a year the biggest event held by college is Sports event and Ronak which is the cultural event both of these are inter college and the biggest events of college held in a big manner. The Library has a lot collection available and it has also given us access to a online Digi library net where in we can download books from anywhere in the world's library. Classrooms have A.c , projectors and good furniture. Sports activities are - the college has a badminton met , volleyball court, pool,table tennis etc. There a4e various clubs for students of each specialisations the marketing club, HR, finance,IT club etc.
Admission
I choose this college over others because this college has limited seats which makes a chance for me to grab a good placement opportunity that's the major factor. Also this college provides only single course and since the no. of students are less he faculty interaction is more and up to the mark. The admission process of this college includes CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT score, valid graduation 3 year degree, more than. 50% in 10th,12th and 6 rounds of interview.
Faculty
The course curriculum is very much relevant designed in a way like- The exams are held in online mode as they are focusing on making us corporate ready from day 1 and it is easy to give exams this way as it also improve our typing speed. Students are around 260 and teachers are around 13. The faculties are very much apprachable and helpful they are always ready to listen and guide you this is the best thing about this college. The best faculty of this college are human resource management subject teachers as they always include real life examples and case studies to make your understanding more better.
Interview Experience
We had 6 interview rounds for selection in the college. The question patterns depend on the faculty. I personally was given current topics in the world to speak on. I prepared by practicing in front of the mirror and speaking things aloud.
Night Life
Beside college there is a very famous Hanuman Mandir about which each and every person in greater noida is aware. Nearest market is Jagat farm which has each and everything including food, gym, cafes, shopping points available. Hostel is nearly 1km away from college. Hostel has time restriction of 9:00 pm. And yes the college has paintra in 1k. which has many fast food shops. The locality is safe to roam but not at when you are too late night.
