Remarks

There are many negative remarks. But few positive remark to . So what to say about it but overall it's an good college for the student who didn't get admission in the regular college. So overall the good work by the government

It's a fine course. it's cover all the business as well as law part, The exam structure is very simple it have total 25 paper in 3 years. 8. In first year, 9 in second year and 8 in last year. It's conduct exam annually

They didn't celebrate any event. They just ask money for the stuff and provide hell of the party which sucks. It's a bad College I am persuing it only for the name of du . Its just for the name sake college

Fees is feasible in nature. it's an government College so the fees are low it's the only good thing about this. It's not a good college but provide a low cost degree as compared to other colleges

I really don't know about this thing or not even heard of it. I think know ones provide any thing like that now a days .it's just for the money peir college which only wants the money and doesn't provide any facility

There are no extra curricular activities available in this College it's organise only the blood bank camp once in a year which is the only good thing about it . as they are helping the society rather than wasting money on other things

They didn't help any body. They didn't tell anything about the further details which would help in our furthur studies but no they didn't want to help us what we need to do about this.

Admission

We need to file an online application form available on their website sol.du.ac.in and we need to select the course we need to pursue. It's an very simple procedure and very easy to get admission in it. After filling the form and paying the fees they provided us with registration no. And login id and password to download our free receipt and Id card

Faculty

Faculty is not very good . Few staffs are very rude and annoying that you can't even ask a simple question from them .some are hell of a teacher . Which just believe that students knows everything and we don't need to do anything

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
