Course Curriculum Overview
The entire course is simple and gives you a basic knowledge of business and economics. BCom is an allrounder course which gives a general idea about business, finance, economics and accounting. There will be 6 semesters overall i.e.2 semesters each year. Results will be on grade bases. Exams are not too tough, only you need to go through the concepts.
Placement Experience
As it is my first year I don't know about the placements and internships offered in my college. However, my seniors said that Andrew's provides good placements.
College Events
Mosaic is our college fest which is a grand event of our college which is held every year in our college auditorium. It is very fun to be a part of this fest. There are various other events and fests held annually in our college. Also, there are seminars held.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is very cheap. BCom is a government-aided course and that's why it is so pocket-friendly .i have paid rs.7000 for my first year. This was my overall fees and it included other fees like my exam fees, miscellaneous fees, library fees, etc. So I think this is the best.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have not personally taken any loan as the fees are pocket-friendly but yes the college provides scholarship opportunities.
Campus Life
Andrew's is famous for its extracurricular and co-curricular activities. Every day you will get to know about some of the other activity held in our college. There are various quizzes on business a gk. Also, sports activities are encouraged like football and volleyball.
Alumni/Alumna
Sorry I am not aware of the alumni network and senior students as it is just my first year with this college.
Admission
Admission procedure was simple and the entire procedure was online, so you can easily go through it. The list also was available on the college's website. My name came on the first list and on the second day, I paid the fees online and confirmed my admission.
Faculty
I would say that it has got the best faculty. Teachers and staffs are well qualified and are very humble. The librarians are also very pleasant and humble. They will serve you with kindness. Even the receptionist is well trained and kind. Teachers are very professional.
