It was having best social life. There was huge different types of students
Faculties are very good and talented and supportive.

Course Curriculum Overview

For degree college, that too for girls I consider this as best college. With less fees and more knowledge. The course we select depends on the likeliness we have towards it and how well we prepare with them to face real life challenges. The exam is not so much difficult if you love the subject.

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 4000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly I paid just 4000 and some around 500 rupees for exam fees. Lab fees may be Just 100. No other compulsary charges. I got one scholarship that paid around 3500. And it also helped getting discount in my exam fees as 250

Campus Life

All national festivals will be celebrated. And 1 week fun week will be held which provides lunch and fun overloaded. Sports and extracurricular activities are also included. faculties for sports are also available.

Admission

No, I didn't apply for any other colleges for degree. When I decided to go for a degree course. I just had this one college in mind. Admission process is based on, after applying for the college they will shortlist our name based on the marks we obtained in previous year.

Faculty

Though it has huge class size, faculties were very supportive for the students who genuinely want to learn. And no faculties were skipping any class as we heard about the government colleges. It has semister wise exam. That is for 6 exams for 3 years and 2 intervals in each semester

Night Life

Gym is not available. But local typ of cafeteria available not so expensive. Hostel is available in front of the college itself. I haven't stayed there so I have minimum knowledge about that. Mysore city is near to that college, so you can hangout where ever you to

My College Review

Placement Experience:

From final year the students can apply for the placements. At least 60% should be there to be eligible for the placement. Many companies provides placements in this college like infosys, Accenture, Mahindra and many more. The average package as per the company is 200000 per annum and the highest package is 700000 per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to go to abroad for my post graduate.

Placement Experience:

Usually there are placements in our college. If any student does not get a placement the faculty guide us what we can do next like the companies in which we can apply and how we can go further. In my course after finishing the bachelors degree you can further study masters it is available in our college itself or yoj can aplly for companies but if you do your masters you have a better opportunity and high posts for you better career. The course is of 8 semester you become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. The last year that is seventh and eighth semester is basically practical and lot of projects provided. There various companies are seniors have applied and offered for example the genetic company in Bangalore that is Med gen. The highest package offered is 50000 and the average starts from 25000 placements in college. There is 75 percentage of students getting placements from our college. My plans after getting the degree is to go for further studies and do the masters after that i would like to do job along with my phd, this is my plan after getting my bachelors degree.

Placement Experience:

We have mandatory internship period after 2 years of teaching, and they provide internship and placement support. Different Companies come and take test and hire the eligible candidates. Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. But Scaler the parent Company of SST has average package of 22lakhs and highest package of 1.04cr.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

Why you should join SST

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it was very curriculum heavy meaning the cirriculum was very good . the girls to boys ratio here is 1 : 8 . but this year only 200 peopel were selected out of 200. they are industry tech experts. they are passable

Do it for yourself

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I want to go into it field. The faculty is good here nothing to improve about that and the student ratio is 5:3. Qualification is good and the teaching method like some lectures is good. Term exams will be after 6 months from starting of sem and it's not as difficult as pu or 10th exams we can easily pass them.
