About Maharani's college.

I chose B. Com in this college . All the lecturers and professors were well educated and experienced . Commerce has always been one of my keen interests . Their teaching methods involved practical experiments, industrial visitings etc which helped us students to understand the concepts in a better way .

The college fees is very much affordable . It was around 15000 when I was studying and rs of 500 would be reduced in 2nd and 3rd year of degree each . There was no fee discounts based on category . We could apply scholarship on our own through ssp portal .

The college encouraged more of cultural fests and events . When I was studying, annual sports day would be organised every year too . The college has a huge library with all kind of books . My campus life was filled with fun and joy, with great friends and spacious campus to hangout and roam . The college campus needed some improvement in hygiene.

I applied to this college because of few reasons . It had a very good reputation, my cousin suggested me this college as she had also studied in the same college . The college admission eligibility criteria was not that challenging as students had to score minimum 60% in their puc and go through a counselling in order to get seat in the college.

It is a girls college only , they do not provide co education . Faculty members very always approachable and very active . The exams were according to the bangalore city university time table, and internals would be conducted twice in a year .

The college is surrounded with many nearby tourism places and spots like freedom park , cubbon park , magestic etc . The college provided hostel facility . There was no gym facility when I was studying in the college (2018-21) .
