I choose this course as I wanted to do Banking. The curriculum prepare us for real -world applications or further academic pursuits by providing knowledge. To enhance the course curriculum and teaching methods, consider incorporating more active learning strategies. For mathematics paper they should provide more time as compare to now.
Fees and Financial Aid
Digboi college (autonomous) is the one of best college among northeast colleges.This college become autonomous in the year 2024.I take admission here as a free wavier. Free wavier is open for only those students who have pass out from governmental institution. We pay 650 rs admission fee for the 1st semester later they refund it.we 900 rs as semester promotion fee for 2nd semester. We pay 1250 rs for registration including practical fee.Those who have pass out from private institution they take admission by paying nearly 7000 rs.
Campus Life
The name of the annual and technical festivals are college week it organized on the month January or february and Introduction program on August. Our college library have lots of book like novel,reference and competitive based reference. This college have smart classes. This college provide chance to take participate on intercollege sports there are very few extracurricular activities are offered on campus. All student union member run social groups, club,or student portals.
Admission
I applied for DHSK , Tinsukia college and digboi college. I got confirmed admission from Tinsukia college and Digboi college. I choose digboi college as it was the best college among northeast colleges and this college was nearby my home.We have to fill up the admission form and submit it including many documents to HOD.There are no cutoffs marks to take admission in this college.
Faculty
Our department have five faculty one female other male.They all are supportive to students. I like all the teachers who teach me .we have to give three exams two sessional and other is semester final examination .Very few students are fail.
Night Life
Gym open at morning and evening time,cafeterias and library open during classes time.Hostel returning time is 7pm and campus leaving time is 8pm.Inside college ther are no hangout places out sibe the college we can hangout in the park and market. The locality is not safe specially for girls to roam around at night.
