Best institute of technology. Our college is one of the best institute of technology in jalandhar their is no comparison of this institute with the private colleges.The students who study hear feel pleasure and the infrastructure is one of the best in the city. I really enjoy to live here.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our institute curriculum is worst and i don't think these thinks should taught to engineering students. I myself is not satisfied with curriculum.Their is no python language in the first year .The topics are not well maintained and decided correctly.
Placement Experience
Job opportunities are very great in our institute i think every one who tries to get placed is able to get the job.I think from every trade their is placement percentage is around 90 to 95. Yes,our institute provide with internships this depends on you that you are able to get it or not. The stipend can be 5k-80k rupees per month depending upon your company in which you are applying for internships.
College Events
Bharat dhawani: This is event which is celebrated every year ,as on this day our institute was inaugurated Techniti: It is a biggest technical event of our institute . Utkansh :It is biggest cultural fest of north india held every year in our institute. Other than this we also celebrate 15 august and 26 January as these are remarkable days of our country.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees is around 80k ( annual family income above 5 lakhs) 35k (annual family income between 1lakh and 5 lakhs) 8k(for SC and ST,also whose family income is less than 1lakhs) Mess fees is around 25,000 rupees.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes there is loan facilities available as their is state bank of india and canara bank which are available in our campus itself.These banks provide loans to the students who are in need of that. The staff is quite cooperative.
Campus Life
Sports facilities in the campus are excellent every one who is interested for any of the game can join without any restrictions and trouble but you need to be consistent. GYM is also their which h is well equipped. Labs are also good. Their also various clubs like for photography, music ,dance and acting as well.
Hostel Facilities
I will rate Hostel infrastructure: 4.5 Hostel facilities:4 Hostel staff:4.8 Mess food :4.2 Hostel staff is quite cooperative.and hostel facilities are also good but are time taking the procedure is too long.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors are very helpful and supportive you can ask them about every problem whether it is about academics or any personal problem. The alumnis are also very cooperative they tell ua about do's and don'ts .
Admission
1st you need to give jee mains exam when results came out you get a rank on your rank basis you get your institute seat reserved. The seat we get through josaa counselling. Josaa issues options for choice filling. Every one fills its choices and get the seat through various seat allotment rounds Their are seven rounds in the josaa counselling and two rounds for special allotment of the left seats through Csab board.
Faculty
Faculty of our institute is not so good. I did not get what they teach.I myself is not interested in the topics as the topics are worst and the professors did not try to cover the whole batch just they are interested first two benches only they teach to them they also not give good marks to the students who are not be sitted in the first two benches.
