Remarks
This university also has some negative points like there is a poor hostel facility some non teaching paper works are very lazy and poor process. Though It is an state government University so there is no need to advertise about study and all. People come and get easily admission here. Teachers are good in teaching.
Course Curriculum Overview
PhD is a doctorate degree and highest degree so course and research work is good in the university. The entrance exam is a multiple choice questions based and quite easy to qualify.it is like a ugc net exam and similar subjects as compared with ugc net syllabus for any stream.
Placement Experience
The university does not have placements for PhD students. But for MBA students there is a placement opportunity in the university.and during MBA the university provide internship without stipend. the internship is conducted at least 45 days with report and certificate of some known companies.
College Events
So many cultural events and programs celebrate in the university every year. The university conduct sports week events also conducts mini small events by students with the help of student Union. This university also conducts conferences, workshops and seminars every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee Structure is feasible. The university provide scholarships for merit holder students and for minority students. A lot of students get scholarships every year.and it's helpful for those who are not financially capable and family background also poor.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't know about any loan facility offered by this university but there is monthly scholarship for PhD student but it is very less amount yet helpful for those who need money for study here. The university also provide scholarships on society based firms for minority students.
Campus Life
There are so many activities for students like sports, cultural events, and labs are good for study and practice. Also there are different sports ground for students. NSS and NCC camps are also conducts by this university.
Hostel Facilities
No, i am a local student. live in jodhpur with family so I don't have any experience of hostel facility in this university.Yet so many students come to live in hostel every year but infrastructure is not so good of hostel. Rooms are also very old.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are very helpful sometimes. They provide notes and share there experience regarding exams and lectures. In my PhD my seniors helped me in my research work. Which were so helpful for me.
Admission
There is an MPET entrance exam for PhD. I qualified the entrance then I got admission on the merit basis for PhD. The process is little long but got admission there. This is a state government University since 1962
Faculty
The faculty is very good and supportive. Good teaching and every single faculty communicate with any student politely. They have very good knowledge and experience related their core subjects. Though they have less experience on software like IBM SPSS for research.
