Remarks

College is very well in academics, .one of the strict colleges of Delhi University i can say but yes extra curricular activities compared to other colleges are less but on a overall note i would suggest it is best off campus college

Course Curriculum Overview

Exam structure is same as all other colleges of Delhi University and as per cbcs, course curriculum is very nice infact 2 nd best in off campus. Less courses but all are taught well. Having lots of societies to showcase our talents and skills.

Placement Experience

Yes keshav mahavidyalaya provides internships, placements and job opportunities, recently the whole internships set was established in our college where every company was present as it was 1st experience it was really awesome bcz i have never seen such type of internship setup .

College Events

Every event is celebrated with full excitement and enjoyment in Keshav mahavidyalaya, we have the biggest auditorium in delhi University having space for 1000 student . All societies present in the college participate to make events more fun.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As it is a government college therefore fee is very feasible . For bcom hons it is 9036 i think and 1000 rs i s charged in mid of the month as an examination feee, actually every college of delhi University has feasible fees therefore there is nothing to say about fee structure.

Fees and Financial Aid

Till now i have not heard about any scholarship or loan facility but there was a rumour that whom so ever top in college is rewarde by some amount of money but i cant say that this is 100% truth but yes possibilities are there.

Campus Life

Well we have 4 labs might be more but yes for every department we have labs and we also have sports room plus basketball court and a huge ground which makes our life in college more thrilling nd awesome

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are best. I cnt express how helpful they are. They never behave like seniors its just like u have made more friends of ur age. Alumni and all are good really fantastic and seniors are pillars of keshav mahavidyalaya

Admission

College comes under delhi University so i got admission by cutoff list, i was selected in 7th cutoff list and after that i verified all my documents nd stuffs and then after paying the fees i was finally admitted in college.

Faculty

Well the faculty of college is really awesome and well educated, all teachers are well qualified and have plenty of knowledge. With good teaching skills, If i talk about my course then i must say blessed to have such teachers in an off campus college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

yes, i have applied for other colleges who teach BMS. There is no any fixed confirmation to get admission in this college . I got this college randomly and I appied for computer science stream in the other colleges like St. Stephen ,Kirori mal college, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharm college and other than delhi universities such as Banaras Hindu Universities (BHU) . 3 years of figuring it out at KMV

I applied for Symbiosis Pune, Christ Banglore, NMIMS Mumbai, IIM ROHTAK AND INDORE, I got admission in all except IIM, and also got in Keshav Mahavidyalaya after giving cuet, discussed which should i go for from many mentors and everyone adviced for KMV. Comparing to other colleges the fees here i very very less as all other are private colleges, but the services provided there are according to the fees and so is the crowd. Well I scored 350/450 in IIM Rohtak exam and what went wrong was the paper came way too easy due to which cutoff went 409 compared to 330 last year. I could have got any south campus college and even some of the north but I chose KMV because it was on second position for BMS.
