Overall the college is one of its kind. It is know a deemed to be university. It have been increasing its highest package every yr and this yr it was 39 lakhs per annum in the cse branch and the average package is 10.5 lakhs per annum
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was not appropriate in the first year, and i hope there is more to see in the coming year. We also have french as an optional subject in the second year. The exam structure is fine.
Placement Experience
The placement and job section of the college is under the career development and Guidance centre (CDGC). The take career of the internships and the job offers for the students of each and every branch.the internship period in our college is of 6 months, the whole sixth semester
College Events
Pecfest - one of india's finest fest after iit bombay, iit delhi and iit roorkee. We have the best bhangra and dramatics club in our college Athletics meet - held in the month of march Trivium - english debate competition
Fee Structure And Facilities
Its a too expebsive for a middle class peeson. The hostel and mess charges here are 65000 per yr and the college fee is 65000 per semester which all combinlu round to 2.15 lakhs per yr. This college has afee comaprable to the IITs.
Fees and Financial Aid
This college has no opportunities for attaining scholarships hence we need to pay our whole debts to persue the course. Hence, i have no availed any kind of scholarship from the college. Yes, we do have education loan facolity in the college and so we are allowed upto four lakhs of scholarship.
Campus Life
In the extracurricular activities, we have encouragement for all the sports from the college and hence we do aprticipqte on them. Others, we have a projection and design club PDC and art and photography club in which i am an active member
Hostel Facilities
Yes, i have opted for hostel, there are 4 basic hostels for each yr namely shivalik, aravali, himalaya, and kurukshetra respectively for boys. And we have vindhya for girls. There is no restriction on the in time for boys but it is for girls 10:30 pm. We also have swimming pool in the college near the shivalik hostel
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors of our college are awesome in distinctive ways. The help us in studies, extracurricular activities and other college and personal stuff. We do have a broad variety of alumini network eg. Kalpana chawala, jaspal bhatti, badshah(rapper).
Admission
Through jee mains entrance and josaa counselling ehich is held in the month of july. We first went for the document verification at IET Lucknow and then we were asked to wait untill the 7th round of counselling for my seat.
Faculty
Nice encouraging faculty, no objection on my stream faculty. Yaa but there was a very psycho teacher of physics in the first semester as he was not able to speak english properly but then also he will not stop teaching in english
