Remarks
The college has a good education system but it lacks infrastructure and doesn't provide all to showcase one's talent . Nor does it encourage sport this make most of the students dislike the college. The hostels are not clean.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is not good enough like other colleges we have to do self study most of the time and there are mid semester exams and semester exams held by GTU. There are two semesters odd and even semesters. Odd semester are usually longer and even are smaller in comparison.
Placement Experience
The placement cell is not doing a good job. There are not many in campus placement. Most of them who get employed are out of campus. Moreover only 30% students get placed others have to see for themselves.
College Events
Quench- It is the only fest that our college holds. But there are various other guest lectures and moral lectures that the college hosts. Gtu sports- many colleges come together for this event and people get to showcase their athletic spirits. Khelmahakumbh- It is one of the buggest sport festivals in Gujarat
Fee Structure And Facilities
1500 is the fees only excluding the exam fees and term fees. It is very feasible even the poorest can afford it. The term fees is usually 2400 rupees a semester. And hostel fees is 4000 a year and examfees is 625 a semester
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a special criteria called the PMSSS which stands for pradhan mantri special scholarship scheme and this is only for the Jammu and Kashmir students other Gujarat residents can apply for MYSY and other scholarships
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities are not that good we are not provided anything except for a volleyball court and a football court. The labs don't have proper equipments. And sports is not given stress which is not good
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni networks are not helpful usually untill you know them personally and you haveto face lot of criticism from the seniors. Some senior don't even care and are always locked in their rooms and not ready to help.
Admission
Through Jammu and Kashmir migrant reservation on the basis of 12 th marks. I had got 81% hence I got this. There are two seats reserved for Jammu and Kashmir migrants in every college. And also PMSSS is available for Jammu and Kashmir residents.
Faculty
The faculty is really helpful and they are outreaching. They don't have teachers from 6 semester onwards but the teachers do help you with your doubts and I had a laptop which didn't have an activated windows they helped me with it.
