B.Tech in Aeronautical

The students comes to the institution are mostly from high profile background and less middle class so it could be distraction for students who comes from lower or middle class. But its better to stay away from those people.

The B.Tech(Aeronautical) branch have good staff of teaching there is no doubt. The course consist aircraft and rockets manufacturing and desinging of aircraft, rockets and missiles. It has 4 years course consisting 8 semesters.each year has 2 semesters.

They have best placement of field than any other college for aeronautical. They have placements like Airbus, Jet Airways, Indigo Airlines, SpiceJet and Vistara. The placement cell is very efficient they have almost 100% placement. The highest package of Aeronautical is 30 lakh from last year.

The program conducted in college are very study friendly like robotics workshop, Aeromodelling workshop, Youth festival, ethnic day , traditional day where students can get enjoyment and good practical study of field.

The students comes from KCET have less fees around 20000/- per year and other state and non KCET students have 2,00,000/- per year. for interstate students it is bit of expensive. If you have good marks in board as well as JEE mains you can get concession in tution fees.

They have topper scholarship for students who have above 8 CGPA can get scholarship upto 30000/- per year. And Karnataka state government scholarship for economical backward classes.and eligible students can get scholarship by applying manually.

The Institute has the best Aerodynamic lab which have model turbojet engine and other experimental equipments. The lab instruments are regularly maintained by working staff.they have other labs like material Testing lab, fluid mechanics lab, computer aided aircraft drawing lab and machine shop which have best equipments.

In my 2 years of experience the hostel have no ragging issues.the environment is so study friendly. the food is quite good. They have various dishesh for breakfast and lunch but dinner is not at it's best. Hostel have good rooms and free WiFi for educational purposes.

In my experience I don't have interaction with seniors but they are helpful to junior to get knowledge about upcoming syllabus and other competitive exam and other practical examination they help us lot to know better about field.

you should give KCET or entrance exam of college to get admission in the college. You must get above 60% in board exam to become eligible candidate. the students who couldn't get eligible marks can apply through management quota. But admission from management is too much expensive it's better to come from KCET to get admission in college.

The faculty is quite under experience but some are good professionals of field. The faculty has its own department of each branch. The faculty of aeronautical is much experienced in college,they have good knowledge of field. They give more practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge.
