Great campus and Faculties

Positive: They guarantee 100% placement. So I trusted them blindly Good faculties, latest equipments, better access to anything that we want to, from our college. Negative: Just like all college. They also have rule of 75% attendance. That's only negativity I found.

Courses are vast. Basically that's my first year and still I am in transition phase of it, so yeah, it is common that I will face problems here. Yet no examination by college I've given but as my seniors says, that Overnight studies would be enough to pass in the exams here

Placements are pretty good. Recently a student from Mechanical branch got placed with 1.5crore package this year. Even the placement level has jumped a huge for IIT BHU this year. Electrical, ECE, Mechanical, CSE, Civil are the branches where IIT promises 100% placements.

Kashiyatra is celebrated every year. Event of 4-5 days where Big celebrities come for stage performances. It also includes Ramp walk, Fashion shows, Dance and all. Recently, Amit trivedi and KK visited here in this. Technex is famous where students show their creativity in front of everyone. They create great machineries. The best is awarded at the end by Director and Registrar.

Feasible enough. Better than NIT and private institutions for engineering. Hostel and mess would charge a bit more than college fee though? but that's legit. Mess worker prepare hygienic food and that too tasty.

They provide no fees for ST Category students. Also if apply, they do allow us to give student loan/educational loan. It's almost same for every IIT institutions all over India. Though I haven't availed any scholarship yet.

Labs are pretty good. Latest equipments and accessories. Have Air conditioning labs everywhere. We have a playground where we can play any sport from Basketball to Tennis to Cricket even, In fact football too. Every sport have different courts respectively.

As I have mentioned above, Hostel rooms are small in size, where we got 3 peoples. But everything doesn't messed up. Would be giving 3/5 Mess food is pretty good and hygienic. 4/5 Hostel had canteen in it. Lol yes. It is open till 2am daily For overall review Hostel is 3.5/5

Indeed Yes ! They help a lot to understand and fit into the new environment. They guide us throughout. Infact they only told me to fill this form. They are really supportive and kind by nature. they provided me notes and some books for my course.

I have to clear two exam on national level. First is JEE Mains (Joint Entrance Exam) and Second is, after clearing that, JEE Advanced (For entering to IIT) Where my AIR was 6052. Then after several rounds of counseling will take place wherein we have to select the colleges and the courses. I opted for Electrical Engineering in IIT BHU.

IIT no doubtlessly produces best faculties. They're quite supportive by nature. Help me to understand some new, first year topics. Some professors said me to attend extra classes in case if I am in doubt. Overall, they're now my guardian far away from home
