Infrastructure is good enough and also the location of college is best with dal lake around and also bound by mountains. So natural beauty is at it's peak. But the internal administration is very unfriendly and also faculty is below average.

The courses start from basics in first and second semesters and then more and more advanced courses are introduced which are mostly the present technologies. In each semester there are two exams, one is called midterm which consists of 30 marks and another is called major exam which consists of 60 marks.

The placements are good enough. If a student really wants to get placed then he/she will surely get placed. There are a lot of recruiters coming to the college with good enough packages around 6LPA. Also there are small opportunities of getting internship through college with good stipend which is around 6K per month.

There are a lot events in our college which are mostly directed to latest technologies. The most popular event is TechVaganza which lasts for around 2 to 3 days. Other events include Xordium which is coding event. And there are also lot of cultural events celebrated.

Fee structure is very attractive as it is based on income. The students having annual family income below one lakh has very less fee which is around 20 thousands per year and the students having income 1 to 5 lakh have fee around 60 thousands per year.

There aren't any college based scholarships as I know but yes there is a very good scholarship for minorities which is MOMA scholarship. Under this scholarship, almost student gets all his annual fee back.

Extracurricular activities are average with some indoor sports like table tennis, badminton, carrom, chess etc and also some outdoor sports like cricket, football, hockey, basketball etc. Also there is good enough gym centre which attracts lot of gym loving students. Labs are also average with not much advanced equipments.

Hostel is good enough with average infrastructure. The rooms are well maintained but there aren't any facilities like indoor sports etc. The most annoying thing is mess food which is below average.

I think there isn't any network but yes if someone wants to talk with seniors then seniors will definitely help with good heart. Also you need to find alumni by yourself from internet and then they definitely help.

I qualified JEE MAINS entrance exam with good rank and got admitted to this college. 50 percent seats are for home state students and rest for other state students.I got admission under home state quota.

Faculty is below average. The senior faculty is not bad but the contractual faculty is very below average and are not fit to teach NIT level students. But there are some postivies regarding the new recruited faculty which are of good quality.
