Location is good. It is fairly away from main city thus giving students a better environment to study in
The best part of the college is the people itself
Professor are decent...some teachers u will have to study for the entire course

Dislikes

Facilities at campus could have been better.
Canteen or food court can be improved.

Course Curriculum Overview

The best part about the curriculum is that it follows the new NEP policy set by the education ministry...it prepares with upcoming new technologies and prepares students for real world problems Talking about level examination. One can easily get prepared even studying one or two nights before the exams of he or she os fairly regular in the classes

Placement Experience

After completing 5th sem people can actively apply for college placement Some of the company which come in our college are.. samsung, TCS, HCL Highest package 24lpa Average 6lpa Percentage of students which get campus placement is about 60 percent I would like to complete my masters first before sitting in campus placement

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is same for all irrespective of the categories. Per semester fees is 35k So the fees for the entire course sums up around 2.4 lacs Yes there are scholarship opportunities given by both the state government and the college itself. The UP scholarship depends upon the category for which you are applying for...it is around 30 k for SC/ST students and 24k for general students..

Campus Life

Annual fest include sanskriti surbhi and many more small fests at regular intervals like khelotsav U can issue almost any book for any duration of time without getting fined from the library Khelotsav is one of the sports fest ... In which selecters keeps a close eye on students and select them for further inter college opportunities Their various clubs in the college... Personallu tech club has helped me a lot

Admission

I applied for BHU and LU. I chose LU over the other college because it is fairly closer to my home town. This course better than other courses present in the market bcoz it follows new education policy. To get selected in the college u need. Above 60 percent marks in 12 the board...and should have CS/IT as one of the subject .. Further u have to crack the university entrance exam to get admission

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio is not that bad ...the whole batch of 140 students gets divided into 4 different groups for better lab facilities. I personally have no favourites in the faculties available and also no grudges with any faculty Every semester has three main examination which are Midsem 1 Midsem 2 Endsem examination Out of midsem 1 and 2 ... Best score is taken into consideration... There are separate internal marks given on the basis of assignments given by the professors... Midsem comprises of 20 marks... 10 marks internal... 70 marks .... Endsem

Night Life

Gym facilities is available for hostel students. Plus canteen is opened till late in the evening Student can even go out of college at any time for food Library is decent Hostel is life is good and vibrant...u make connections and chill with friends throughout ur entire journey Popular hangout places are sports ground, canteen and gym...yes locality is very safe for both girls and boys

The college provides good placements.Students can become eligible for placements from 3rd year . More than 20 companies visit for campus placements which give multiple offers. Highest package offered -12lpa and average package is around 5lpa.I am planning to pursue MCA after my BCA degree

Best for college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

Talk about why I choose BCA I want to become a software engineer and many people in my family have placed on good posts after being inspired by them, I chose this course. All Faculties are good and everyone has a lot of experience in their work also support students. Faculty qualification is best and their way of teaching and explaining is also good. Mid-term exams are very good and they are also very tough.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.

DETAIL REVIEW ABOUT LUCKNOW UNIVERSITY

I applied for rgipt in Amethi and got chemical engineering seat in it but I declined it since I got computer science and engineering seat in the University of Lucknow which attracted me more towards it. Yes I got a rejection from some colleges due to less marks in entrance exams and enability of the correct submission of application forms obviously which was quite ridiculous. There is a uptac counselling which is held by the government agency or whatever for the admission in the University of Lucknow. There are three ways to take admission one through JEE mains 2nd days cuet and the third is direct admission based on class 12th.
