Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course and curriculam were good and were designed with an eye on each student so that average students can score good and excel, and can top the university. so, according to me, the overall course is good

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees were 75000 only, and with this, if you get more than 85% in your 12 exams or in semester exams then you got 10% scholarship from college which good way to encourage students to study more and get scholarships

Campus Life

4

Overall experience was good, making friends and connections with professional journalists and enjoying college life a lot. All the facilities provided by the college were good. Library area was also good in terms of atmosphere.

Admission

This college is near my home as well, and also's affiliated university also encourages me to apply to this college. The admission process is very simple. Through counseling, you were selected for the course, and then with some documents, you can take admission

Faculty

4

Faculty members are good helping in nature and also very polite there were four exams in year two external exams and two internal exams. Internals are held by college but external was held by University and checking were also there.

Interview Experience

4

No, I can only face an interview with DEAN and HOD, that's it, and I got the admission in the college. and for these rounds, I used to take some suggestions from my school teacher which helps me a lot

Night Life

4

As such, I didn't spend any night at college. But hostel students usually told me that cafeteria food was not as good for health. And other facilities were good warden was a little strict, but she should be because if she not then nobody took her serious.

Placement Experience:

The placement here at Sharda was too good. Students start attending the Placement interviews and calls from the last semester. I was personally made into 4 companies and 4 offer letters were offered to me. The average package is 3.8 lakhs per annum and highest was about 11 lakhs. There is 100% placement in every dept. but it depends on students if they want to attend or not. After getting the degree i studied for my PhD entrace and now i am working.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The only specific aspect of choosing this curriculum is I wanna go in a teaching position . I'm doing masters in sociology and it's really help me to prepare well for my future job. In my college the teaching methods is quie good for me and in my perspective the frequency and difficulty levels of exam is not excessive.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since I wanted to become an English Professor, the course really helped me a lot in getting an insight into English Literature. The professors are very encouraging. The curriculum not only relies on the traditional method of teaching but also various co curricular activities are conducted to prepare the students for the real world. Each student is given an opportunity to prove herself. As the exams are conducted annually we get a lot of time to prepare accordingly.

Remarks:

Overall, I can say that my experience of the college for postgraduate degree is good as of now. Although the course is good, but, I would want more focus to be put on practical learning because after all, it is a practical subject. Other than that, I am content with the facilities provided by the college. I was very interested in the subject and love it personally, so it is a great experience for me.
