One of the key aspect that influenced my decision to choose this couse was the industryoriented, hands-on curriculam. At SST, students at first year get early exposure to Data structure and Algorithms, Web devlopment and some basic or AI/Ml and data analytics.

SST offers great internship opportunities as early as the 2nd year. Companies like Urban Comany, Allen, Zomato, etc offered roles like Software Engineer Intern, Frontend and backend intern with stipend upto 2 lac per month.

SST is a new enginrering college that started its first batch in 2023. Since the first batch is still studying, final job placements have not happened yet. However, students in the second year (1st batch) have done really well when it comes to internship opportunities. From this batch, 96.3% students around 158 total got internships at well known companies in India and Abroad. The highest stipend offered was around 2 lac per month, and the average is 31363 per month. Students got internships offers from big companies like Swiggy, Zomato, Apple Developer Academy, etc.

The Fee structure is fairly straightforward at Scaler School of Technology and uniformaly applies to all the students, regardless of category. SST does not have government seat reservation and home quota. Year - Wise Fees (for 2024 student): Tuition fees: 1696000 (4 years) Registration fees : 500 (Appearing for NSET) Admission Fees : 50000 (one time, non refundable) Security deposite: 10000 No development, Lab/Technology fees SST offers financial aid and scholarships mainly through: Merit-cum-need scholarship: based on entrance performance, financial background and other activities. Year end performance: Top 1% students will be awarded 20% scholarship at the end of every year.

The campus is still growing, the environment is modern and collaborative. We have clubs for tech, enterpreneurship and communication skill, etc. Socially the small batch size helps everyone know each other well and we often bond through hackathons, meetups and project nights. Overall, SST offers a friendly and focused atmosphere for both learning and networking.

SST provies three kind of room facilities, triple sharing, double sharing and large double sharing and price for them increases as per the order. At hostel RO water is easily accessable, provides 24x7 warm water for bathing and house keeping.

I chose Scaler school of technology because of its hands-on learning, modern tech focus , early internships and located in Bengaluru. SST's admission process had an entrance test, interview and gave quick results with support

The faculy to student ratio is around 1 : 200. The faculty at SST is highly qualified with industry experience. They are very passionate about teaching, they provides career support , personal guidance and even through there busy schedule they are approachable.

SST's admission process includes a Computer based written test and a personal interview. Test contains aptitude, logical reasoning and maths. The interview focused on problem solving and learning mindset. I prepared by practicing aptitide questions, revising PnC and Probability.

Nightlife arounf SST is calm and safe. Hostel in-time is 10:30. reading room in hostel is open 24x7. Scaler provides Cult fit membership to the students but the gym is 1 km away from hostel and 1.5 km from college.
