Course Curriculum Overview

4

the reason why i joined sst was curriculum as this is very industry relevent we are being taught DSA , AI/ML and we will be taught blockchain, etc in upcoming years this curriculum is too top notch in bridging the academics to the industry and exams happen two times a trimester (mid term and end term) some advanced topics could be a bit faster as sometimes it is difficult to grasp advanced concepts with respect to time but we can manage that as the time passes

Internships Opportunities

5

comapnies like apple, zomato ,dukaan, swiggy, allen, motion and many startup visited for intern and approximately 95 percent seniors were placed in that having maximum internship of 2L/year so yeah its good

Placement Experience

5

write now if i see about my seniors the internship report seems to be very good as overall 95 percent students are working as intern they also got the highest package of 2L/year including various international offers in seconnd year only itself

Fees and Financial Aid

For my batch 2024 the total fee is overall around 2200000 rupees including hostel and mess feewhich is approximately 143000 per year and the fee is applicable to all the categories there is no reservation the fee is same for all sc ,st,obc or general however there is merit based scholarship given to students based on their past academic performances like for those who have a offer letter of a good college or who have performed good in jee (97-98) percentile or a good level coder on codeforces or similiar platforms

Campus Life

5

various fest happens here but the major one is yugantar different different books are available and library is good enough to go there and study in peace there are many clubs here including cp club,ai/ml club, cultural club/ open source club etc various sports facilities are available outside the classroom like cricket, badminton there is a student run body which acts as a messanger and just delievers our all problems to the administration we also have a innovation lab here which have all the modern facilities few students are building there startup from there

Hostel Facilities

5

hostel is quite good we get a option of double/triple sharing and most important washrooms are attached we got a wardrobe, study table chair with it and cleaning is done regularly the hostel is present in electronic city itself the food is ok-ok but we have various options outside the hostel

Admission

i chose sst over other private institution like vit/srm just because of industry relevent curriculum we are being taught we are having frequent hackathons here which is not the case in other colleges we dont have to study subject like chemistry what we study is exactly what the industry demands the admission process is simple just give the nset exam clear it then you have to appear for interview clear it and you are ready to be here but to apply here 60 percent marks is required in mathematics of 12th

Faculty

5

if i talk about faculty to student ratio then it is approximately 1:80 but all the faculties are approchable they are good in what they do but sometimes they are not easily available but that can be understood the instructor i liked most is kshitij mishra he is the dean and dsa instructor here his teaching way is good you all will enjoy studying from him and also the web dev instructor mrinal bhattacharya he is too good in nature you can ask any thing from him and he will definetely guide you as such there are no any teacher which i did not like all are good exams are generally of medium level but sometimes it could be hard depending on the course all the courses we are taught here is very relevent to the computer science field

Interview Experience

5

so we have to give a online test followed by 2 or 3 rounds of interview in which maths question is asked if we are preparing for jee then its not that hard ro crack the exam genral maths and apti is asked

Night Life

4

night life is not that happening to be honest the main gate gets closed at 10:30 pm and we have to report for the attendance at that time but in our hostel a cafe is present so we can eat from there in the night also and there is a tv room in which students chill and there is a reading room in which we study there and this is the most important part of our hostel which is known as micro campus weare provided a cult fit pass through which we can access nearby cult gyms there are many hangout places near the campus we can go there and chill like neeladri and all

From final year the students can apply for the placements. At least 60% should be there to be eligible for the placement. Many companies provides placements in this college like infosys, Accenture, Mahindra and many more. The average package as per the company is 200000 per annum and the highest package is 700000 per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to go to abroad for my post graduate.

Placement Experience:

Usually there are placements in our college. If any student does not get a placement the faculty guide us what we can do next like the companies in which we can apply and how we can go further. In my course after finishing the bachelors degree you can further study masters it is available in our college itself or yoj can aplly for companies but if you do your masters you have a better opportunity and high posts for you better career. The course is of 8 semester you become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. The last year that is seventh and eighth semester is basically practical and lot of projects provided. There various companies are seniors have applied and offered for example the genetic company in Bangalore that is Med gen. The highest package offered is 50000 and the average starts from 25000 placements in college. There is 75 percentage of students getting placements from our college. My plans after getting the degree is to go for further studies and do the masters after that i would like to do job along with my phd, this is my plan after getting my bachelors degree.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

Qualification is good and the teaching method like some lectures is good. Term exams will be after 6 months from starting of sem and it's not as difficult as pu or 10th exams we can easily pass them.
