Remarks
College should have made decisions for students to get practical knowledge. College is mixed with good and bad things but overall it is good.
Placement Experience
For my branch i.e. Civil Engineering there is no placement at all. But for other branches, there is a lot of placement that happens with companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS and Tata technologies that takes a lot of students for CSE and other branches. No internships are provided or assisted by college, you have done that by yourself.
College Events
The events here are not properly managed and done on a small scale. There are some cultural events and technical knowledge based events mostly organized by students by students who are guided by teachers for an event. The college organized different cultural and technical fests but are not that good.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for my batch were 1,06,000 rs for a year, and you have pay that in a single installment. This fee doesn't include an examination and other fees. Once you pay the fees your admission is confirmed otherwise you won't be allowed for college. Fees payment is accepted online or with cash.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, there are scholarships mainly based on minority or for reserved class students with up to 50% of tuition fees by the college. 100% of tuition fees were reduced for the TFWS(Tuition fee Waiver scheme) given to the top 5 students of each branch by government.
Campus Life
The college has a good campus life with a low male to female ratio as other engineering institutes have. There are extracurricular activities organized by students and mentored by teachers. Labs are not that good and equipment is pretty old. I never seen sports organized by the college but university organized each year. Competitions are held on technical knowledge.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel fees are 28000 for one year. The hostel strictly follows time regulations, and you won't be allowed to take food from outside. The hostel is clean. It has a good hostel mess with filtered drinking water. Each room is given for two students with attached bathrooms.
Alumni/Alumna
College alumni are good and are helpful to students whenever necessary. Students are mentored by Teachers on a regular basis.
Admission
It's easy to get admission here for students with Jain minority. Otherwise, a decent score will get you admission to this college. The admission process is done by DTE(Directorate of Technical Education) of Maharashtra state. The admission process started between the start of July towards the first week of August. The admission is carried out in four rounds by DTE.
Faculty
Faculties are pretty much experienced. Some teachers got really good knowledge about the subject and taught us very well. But newer faculties are a matter of concern. The newer faculties are very not that good and have appointed for most of the practicals. So it is a mixed experience for faculties.
