Remarks

Our college is good in some department, as well as bad in some department but comparatively low bad things. Our college in overall basis provides good amount of opportunities to groom yourself and some opportunities are to be made by us. They take regular tests and inform you for placements to groom yourself for that moment at the time of placements. Also there is NSS that we have to complete in 2nd year itself, college will help you a lot in that, it has 100 marks.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course and Curriculum is decided by the Indraprastha University that we are affiliated to. It gives a good Curriculum that involves all round development. So, it is great to be a part of the institution for all round development. Exam pattern is like we have two main exams each semester each subject, First is called as sessional which carries 25 marks that has been divided into 15+10 as of 15 marks we have an 30 marks written test and score will added as half, and 10 marks will be based on internal performances like assignments, case studies etc. 75 marks are totally dependent on the written exam at the end of each semester organised by University.

Placement Experience

3.5

There is a Placement cell in our college which provides a number of placement opportunities but not that good enough like the package is around 3.5-4 lakhs as of mass recruiters. I haven't done internship till now, but I don't think they solely provide internships, they may assist you.

College Events

4

1. Independence Day, 2. Cultural Fest, 3. Technical Fest, 4. Hackathons, 5. Sports fest etc. Events are celebrated. They also provides some prize money that may motivate you to have great skills in that department ahead.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible enough, Our University is one of a government institutions so they don't have an expensive structure. They take fees on yearly basis via online payments and Demand Drafts. Fee structure is same for all Bachelor Of Technology branches.

Fees and Financial Aid

We can avail two scholarships or Financial assistance program that may be called as scholarships. We have an Economic Weaker Section scheme that provides some percent of amount from our fees that we have paid if we have a total family income less than ?2,50,000.

Campus Life

3

There are all activities, labs, sports etc. present in our college, they are all good and enough for us to have skill development. They have Hackathons that provides experience in coding fields, labs have their assistant that helps you to perform experiments. Sports ground is also large for playing various games.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is good, also senior students are helpful in various tasks. Teachers and staff members are cooperative, they will listen to your problem and give the way to perform your desired task. Senior are helpful in societies that also provides knowledge about our subject.

Admission

Firstly, I have taken IPUCET exam that is organised by our Indraprastha University in year 2018. I have secured a rank of 3270 among 50-60 thousand students. Then we have a 3 round counselling schedule that we have to pay for and submit some preferred college names in order to get the job done( Admission). So, I haven't got my preferred seat, so I waited for the spot round that is the final round, there I got the seat in Bharati Vidyapeeth's College Of Engineering Information Technology. Also there we have to pay some entrance fee for the spot round.

Faculty

4

Faculty is majorly Female members, and in them some has a very good experience and interactive skills. Some faculty is average also but they also give their 100% to increase your skills. You can only be dependent on teachers as of 40% maximum. Rest is upto our own.

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum. My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated. For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem. There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki, etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.
