Course Curriculum Overview

Courses curriculum is fine it is literally good provide knowledge about different different things we get to learn so many new things overall courses curriculum is fine frequency and timing of exams midterm 30 marks 1 hour and Dam 50 marks 3 hours

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm from Obv my tution fee is 88000 each semester and 25000 for hostel my batchmate who are from SC ST they have tuition fees 25000 and hostel fees 25000 where is those from general have tuition fee 88000 and hostel 25000 every semester

Campus Life

My campus life is overall good there are so many clubs who provide us different opportunity to build our interest and shower capabilities in different fields all though in the first year I didn't participate much in clubs but over all its so fun

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are fine all the rooms are sold small in size we are provided with two beds for double seater 1 table chair almirah mail quality is good affordable we are given rules with 25000 fees in hostels

Admission

According to my rank I go to IT department in NIT Jalandhar I per many other colleges like NIT kurukshetra but their I was getting ECE branch and I was interested in computer science that's why I have to choose the NIT Jalandhar admission process was simply the document verification we have to submit all the documents

Faculty

Overall the student ratio is fine all the boys are more than girls and the faculties are good faculties both female and male are present and I really like the faculty Naveen sir Avani mam from IT department we have midterm exam and inter exam along with the practicals and difficulty level is medium

Night Life

Nightlife at campus is so good campus is fine completely filled with greenery there are some beautiful spots as well hostel timing for boys is 24 / 7 where is girl is 10 p.m. at night it's for 2nd year all the in 1st year there are restriction and both boys and girls have timing up to 7:00 p.m.

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

Placement Experience:

From the 6 semester you will be eligible for the placement drive. Many companies visited LPU for recruitment and some of them are MNCs also The highest package is 1 crore from my batch and average is 7LPA. Around 90 to 95 % get placed.

Good College, Placement and Great Infrastructure and Facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

From four semester we start getting internships from various companies depending on student skills ,but regularly in 6th/7th sem we can ppo's pre-placement offer In cs department students are enjoying an average annual package of 17LAKH while in EC department, students are enjoying an average annual package of 13.5LAKH IN CS DEPARTMENT the placement percentage is nearly 91% while in ECE department placement percentage is nearly 97%

Atharv ki dastan nit ki kahani

I got 28102 rank in jee mains and 24576 rank in jee advanced My primary goal was to get into any iit but I can't get due to my rank if I would have got any iit o would have chosen it over In josaa counselling I got iiit bhopal cse which was quite a good option because bhopal is not so distant from home and also has good placement but it has many problems like no permanent campus and hostels etc and very high fees which I can't afford So in next round I got nit jalandhar ice over it because it is a cirtcutal branch enough options in tech and core both morover it comes with a nit tag and less fees and I want clg in north...Read More
