Remarks
The college is very strict. The faculty is resourceful and helpful. The infrastructure is great. The library is equipped with digital and non digital books and journals. There is common computer centre.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course and syllabus is issued by KTU. By this the courses usually start at July and end in December and next semester will start on January and end at May. There are mainly 3 exams two internals conducted by the college and end semester exam conducted by the University. Apart from these there are lab exams also.
Placement Experience
There is good placement history for the college. But it is mainly in Software field in companies like Infosys. The Placement for other fields is rare. I am not aware that the college provides internship. Even if they provide internship as far as I have known the students have to pay the money for it.
College Events
The college Union conducts almost all the programs in the college. There is annual tech fest, arts fest, Union day, arts day, sports day etc in our college. The tech fest is mostly 2 or 3 days. The arts fest is 2 day the sports is 1 day union and college days 1 day.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is same for all students except NRI quota. The fee structure is feasible for all. The fee can be paid in the year before the examination. The fee for us is 75000rs for a year. There will be extra fee like Internet.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are various scholarships available for the students. More than 1 core of money is spent in scholarships. There is management scholarships, govt of kerala scholarships and central govt scholarships for the students. The college had made mou with csb for loan assistance for the students of the college.
Campus Life
As extra curriculum activities there are NSS,UN Aspire chapters etc in the college. For every year there are at least 4 labs. There are basketball practices in the college. All these activities are actively going on the college. The labs are equipped with the instruments required.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni meeting are conducted every year. The seniors are very friendly and help in our studies and extra curriculum activities. Most of the activities like sports, tech fest etc are done by the combined efforts.
Admission
The college conducts admission in management quota and govt quota.The management quota admissions are done by management based on merit. The govt quota admissions are done by applying on govt site,based on the entrance rank list the admissions are done. Once you get an admission you have to pay the fee and join the college.
Faculty
The college faculty is very flexible and friendly. The all have mtech as minimum qualification and most of them take the courses they have specialised. They are always ready to answer any doubts and questions relating to the subject. They are very supportive. As in all colleges they are strict in matters relating to almost all things.
