The a good engineering college

The positive side is that the college is good for academic purpose but doesn't help with the overall develpoment of a child in terms of physical and social ways. The negative side is that the job placement is not good and teachers are not always available in higher semesters.

The course curriculum is not upto the mark. The level of education is a bit lower than other colleges. But the part that is good is you can engage in outside college projects which are really helpful in terms of your future.

The in campus placement is not that good, but because of the reputation of the college the out campus placement is very high. Pople can easily find jobs which they want and they are nucely paid. The college is improving it's in campus placement year by year.

There are various fests that our college organises but I would say ut is not upto the mark. A fest is more than just 10 competitions. It has to be made more tempting for the youth and people should get more chances of opening up. Certain verbal competitions should also be organized.

The fees for the college is not very high. They charge 1500 for admission and then including the term fees and hostel fees it goes upto around 10000 except the hostel and hostel has 4000 annual charge with no food given in the hostel.

There are various scholarships:- MYSY Food scholarship TFW PWD PMSSS Mysy is the local Gujarat scholarship. It is organized for only Gujarat residents. Food scholarship is the scholarship given for food.

There are not many extracurricular activities in our college. There is a volleyball court that too not well organized or planned has one ground for football and the same for cricket.There is no basketball court.And the labs don't have proper equipments and they are not well organized.

There is no such alumni networks. And none of them are of any help even with personal reference. They are not attached to the college. They don't think of developing their college. They are instead always complaining and most of them go into politics.

The admission process is through board percentage and gujcet marks calculated together in 60:40 ratio. But for Jammu and Kashmir migrant it is on the basis of 12 th percentage. And there are other categories like TFW which have other criteria.

The faculty is quite good. Teachers are helpful and not very pushy or forceful for attendance. They have very vast experience and they are really well educated. Many of the teachers are from IIT and IIIT.
