What Students Say

Likes

Teachers are well qualified and have enough research papers .They are also experienced
Labs are well maintained and honestly electrical machines lab is one of the best lab in country
Class are air conditioned and clean with proper facility of fresh water

Dislikes

Campus is to be alloted till 2027 which is 2 years from now
Sports facility is almost nill They need to provide sports facility
Not enough classes in the building we are using to accomodate 4 year batches

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very well structured.The syllabus is also arranged on the basis of new education policy.No.old way of teaching or ni old syllabus.The syllabus is structured as per the need of the current world.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

At faculty of technology the fees is approx 2 lacs per year, covering tution fees, development,lab and other charges.This brings total cost to 8lacs for four year course.A refundable caution deposit is taken at start for first year

Campus Life

Campus life is not too good because we have still not got our campus.Yes you heard that right currently we are studying in building of faculty of law .Our campus will get ready till 2027.But overall we still enjoy canteen and.badminton court funs

Admission

I choosed this college over other colleges.such as ipu,Jaypee,some low teir nits and gftis because first of all this college is located in Delhi which itself is a prime location.Another this is this is a central university and is one of the most prestigious university in India.So i choose this college over the name of Delhi University

Faculty

Faculty are well educated with phd qualifications completed from some prestigious institutes.Many of them have industry related experience so it helps us to get insights of industry lvl projects.Others have experience of teaching in some of the prestigious institute of india like iits ,nits.

Night Life

Night life here is quite Good.GTB main market is very close around 1-2 km.So there are clubs cafes for students to enjoy.There are also many gyms at affordable rates.Tgat place also consist of pgs for girls so it is obviously very safe place for girls

A NICE LITTLE INFO ON MY FAV. DTU

Placement Experience:

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Descriptive Review of MAIT.

Placement Experience:

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

The placement status of the college is nice but specially the older status was amazing and the seniors told me that this year was the recession time so the placement was not so good but it will be good with time

The best way to know college

Placement Experience:

The eligible students get placements, from 4tg year first semester onwards placements will start, companies like Accenture, tcs, infotech, wipro will attend. I think atleast 7GPA is min required for college placements

Life of a college student

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum.My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated.For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem.There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Delhi Technological University: A place for overall development

Placement Experience:

College placements are amazing. Right now the recession is there otherwise the average package of Computer Software and IT branch is as high as 21LPA and overall average package of the college goes as high as 14LPA

Placement Experience:

So placement cell is not present in college because of low intake of students but the students are very skilled to crack Gsoc , and other internship opportunities which lands them into big company.Also very good alumni network is present in college which boosts the placement of college.

igdtuw is a good college with best placement

Placement Experience:

placement in igdtu is as good as dtu and nsut , many companies visit our campus every year like google, amazon, microsoft, adobe, vipro, uber, ola, atlassian etc. the highest package in 2023 was of 51 LPA by microsoft and average package is around 20 LPA

DTU PROS AND CONS

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki,etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.

I applied to many colleges and had a high score in CUET as well but i specially chose to be in a girls college such as DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI in north campus. The vibe around the college is emmaculate, we are offered to engage in diversity and continously interact within and outside the college. The entrace procedure for DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI is through CUET entrance test- the score should vary between 450-600/700 for BA hons courses and 300-400 for BCS courses and 550-650+/700 for BCOM courses My reason for choosing this college was firstly it being a women's college and secondly the faculty members proved to be the best here...Read More

ACE YOUR SKILLS!

I had applied to DU , BHU and MADRAS CHRISTIAN COLLEGE out of which i got selected in Maitreyi DU AND MADRAS CHRISTIAN COLLEGE. I couldnt make it to BHU because of very high cutoffs for general category students.
