Course Curriculum Overview
This isnt just the flagship program but is also the most promising one. Placements wise our program is the best and then learning wise again it's the best. Also, it's one of the best when it comes to natural ability of the faculties. Plus, I was from Commerce background so B.Com (Hons) was the course which I wanted to master.
Internships Opportunities
SRCC, placements cell makes sure students to understand intenrships. They bring a lot of companies and makes students search on LinkedIn as well. Almost 50 students every semester gets internships through our college in companies like the Bain Capital, Acer and many such consulting companies.
Placement Experience
At SRCC, from first year corporate interactions are provided to us and in a way are taught communication skills. So, in that sense, we have to travel distance for placements because only those who develop skills and also managing CGPA gets placements in this cluttered market.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our total fees is 33250 which is indeed paid in parts. So SC/ST students get 3-4k scholarship and then there are a lot of scholarship. One for which many students have qualified is CK Gupta Scholarship which is scholarship or 12000 awarded to batch topper every year.
Campus Life
There are over a 100 societies and our college has three canteens and all of them have dustbins around as no littering is entertained in the campus. Our sports complex is quite good and also our library and reading area too. So sports wise we are well equipped and are doing well at the university level. Our annual event crossroads is also one of the largest event of DU as over 170 colleges participated in it last year.
Admission
I ever wanted any other college in my life. Since 11th, studying in a small town in Rajasthan, SRCC was my dream and this dream has been fulfilled with CUET percentile as it was 99+ and the first option was to chose SRCC in that counselling. I therefore chose that and happy to be here as rest all were my second third choices but this was first.
Faculty
SRCC faculties are someone who doesn't believe in flop show. So, I am lucky to be under them as I am getting a learning of next level. First year was amazing and second is even more amazing as we have new faculties and they don't just teach us well but also joke around in the class to keep the atmosphere healthy inside the classrooms.
Night Life
Our college is 1 mile from Vishwavidyalaya Metro station so an auto is required to commute. Then for shopping and eating there are hundreds of options. Coming to relaxation the Garden of 5 senses in nearby and that is where we mostly go in evening.
