Way of getting our profile for money

Coming to the positives the college is situated away from the patna city in a good environment , faculty, infrastructure,extra and cocirrcular activities,studentgymkhana the only problem our college is facing that less no of companies are visiting the campus by hearing the name of the State Bihar.

I have choosen mechanical branch because I interested in making automobiles and machine design.The exam pattern is good but not at all liked by me because we have more no of credits in the first year and decreasing as years goes on as a student from Andhra Pradesh it makes me so much difficult to persue with the conditions and environment at IIT PATNA launage and management problem by this I have got less cpi in the first year 6.3 and now my spi is 7.5 but still my cpi is 6.7.

Placement status is different for different branches.A student from computer science has 3 or more offers when he uses to walk out of the campus.where as we came to MECHANICAL the no of companies visiting our college is decreasing day by day as they don't want to come for recruitment so many students lost their hopes on placements in college and preparing for gate exam.The companies coming to our campus providing full time placement and internship for all the branches except mechanical.our college was started in 2008 then after upto now we haven't got any internship offer fromany company till now.so there is no need to talk of stipend.

As it is a central government administration fees structure is quite acceptable.a student have to pay the fees according to their parents income.if the parents is less than one lakh the student has to pay only mess fees and income less than 5 lakhs 20 percent of tution fees and income more than 5 lakhs full fees have to be paid

IIT PATNA having its own SBI Branch which provides loan facility to all the students who are unable to afford the fees the loan vidyalakshmi scheme the main aim of this is to provide the loan to the student with out any interest for 4 years. IIT PATNA provides scholarship ship to sc and St students studying in the college.

We have so many extracurricular activities like prayatna sab ko uddan Dena ka is a program initiated by and my friends to provide the education in our free time to the students in the villages around bihta surrounded by the college as the literacy rate was so poor in the state and college is also providing us support to continue the classes in the campus. Coming to the labs we have all the equipment for various labs and courses.sports culture in IIT PATNA is so good as every year we are going to inter IIT sport's fest conducted by the board of IITS.

It is compulsory for everyone to stay in hostel we have good hostel infrastructure with playing grounds all around the rooms have sufficient space everyone having their own room with WiFi unlimited through out the day water purifiers,Washing machine, common Hall,library, indoor playing room etc

Yes they are very helpful in giving the advices for choosing Right path. Our alumni students helps for the preparation of exams such as upsc,ies and gate through out the year as there was lecture and guest classes held.

Through jee advanced exam which was conducted by in 2016 throughout the country and I have got 10045 all India rank form that after attending the counsiling I have alllated in IIT PATNA getting a seat in IITS is much difficult now a days as there was more no of compentants through out the country.

IIT PATNA has a good faculty irrespective of branch they always try help the students in critical conditions they always wants to teach all the things in a practical manner so that we can understand easily and shows some immense respect to the grading system.
