Course Curriculum Overview
The college is well-reputed throughout Maharashtra. It has a wide range of choices to select from whether it may be subjects or even other courses. The curriculum is hugely based to develop your personality. The college believes in practical learning. So there are various events competition going on on the campus. For overall development of a student.
Placement Experience
It's my first year so I don't know much about it. Yes, it provides internship opportunities and even a chance to study abroad.
College Events
The major events are Astitva and Troika but there are many more such events taking place in the college. There is also a book exhibition, karandak, etc. Troika is a very popular intercollege event in Pune. While Astitva is a heritage based inter-college competition. Volunteered by the students themselves.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees structure differs from caste to caste. Being from the general category it was Rs.10,000. And it includes all fees including the library, exam fees. I am pretty sure the fees for three years will probably be the same. But if you opt for more extracurricular courses the charges will be additional.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I haven't opted for any loan or scholarship. But as I know it is all done from the college administration room or office where everyone is ready to help you.
Campus Life
The college has a diverse crowd varying from students from all states and even from many countries study here. The seniors are more like brothers and the college atmosphere is quite healthy. Debates, elocution competition is held on a regular basis by the college or by any other third party.
Alumni/Alumna
The college's alumni list is a pretty decorated one starting from Sharad Pawar to a business Tycoon Cyrus Poonawala and various Marathi film actors, actress and many more increase the charm of the college.
Admission
The procedure usually starts after the 12th results of Maharashtra Board. Then you have to fill a form which will be available on the college website. Then there will be lists, keep checking the lists to ensure your admission. Then there will be an offline documents inspection where you will have to pay fees through an online portal.
Faculty
It's quite good. Most teachers are experienced in their own subject. And even most of them are PhD holders in their subjects. All the teaching, as well as non-teaching staff, is helpful. There may be some issues which you might face during the learning process. Which can be clarified after consulting the teacher.
