Deshbandhu college, the hidden gem

I chose BCom hons because i was interested in commerce and here too they provide top level learning. With computers they teach us excel and everything and its really nice in this technical era that we are continuously learnibg and learning. I even joined my internship and there too i used all my learnings from college. So overall i love this as i can focus on other things too

I've paid around 18,000 rupees for my 1st year and for my second year too it is rupees 18741. Other than that there are many scholarships available for different people like for PwD we have free meals and free education too. For North eastern students we have yearly scholarships.

I love the rich campus life here, so vibrant so fun The fests are very nice too you have speaker sessions and theres something going on all the time in the college be it normal competitions , speaker sessions or other things. Sabrang is our annual fest and it was amazing this year other than that comsoc the commerce society has their minerva as annual commerce fest so it was great too and the Entrepreneurship cell has their esummit where shark tank founders came so overall it is really great and deshbandhu also has its own ncc wing and volleyball ground, archery ground so it supports great sports too

I chose this college as it was at a good location and the NIRF ranking was great too. I was alloted Deshbandhu in first round and i accepted it as who wouldn't accept such a good college. Ramanujan is also very close so it helps in getting good exposure. Talking about the admission process it was very easy, our webisite operates very nicely we paid our fees from thwre, time table was there too so it was very easy

I think the faculty is too kind and with SEC VAC GE too everything is taken seriously and taught in a very good way. I really love Arushi maam she teaches in the best manner, shes my Financial management teacher. And has past experience of 10 years from SRcc and other colleges too. Overall the exams are also easy to attemot with such guidance of thdse amazing teachers. The admin also works really hard to clear all the queries of students. It is very easy to approach our teachers too we can text them on WhatsApp and they reply and clear everything.

One thing best about our college is its location, we have all the cafes all the restaurants around it. Theres burger singh and delhi chai cafe offering yummy fries and burgers just in front of our college gate. There are various dosa corners, chinese corners too nearby. And also our red hut, the cafeteria inside our college is the best, they have hotdogs, springrolls, sandwiches and everything. Library is one of the best library too it has two floors and wide variety of books, newspapers i personally love going there as its very peaceful.
