Remarks
That was my college. every thing has positive and negative side. Keeping the negative side in mind, I would like to rate my college 6 out of 10. The deduction of four marks is due to poor placement facilities.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum helps in learning but it would be improved through adding job oriented courses. The practical classes also supports the theory which helps the student. Exam structure is regular and strict which help the students to study in weekly manner.
Placement Experience
Job placement is very poor. Some of the fake companies had arrived with moderate salary structure. There were no campusing for the core branch students and average salary is very poor in comparison. College does not provide any internship.
College Events
Annual technical fest Annual cultural fest Various types of puja Teacher's day Freshers welcome ceremony Studnets should need to seek permission for conducting these events.management does not like performing such events in campus.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible fee structure and quite normal with compared to other ones. The college provides opportunity for paying the fees quarterly but late fees are also charged in case of delay. Cheque is not accepted.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college provides half fee scheme for the meritorious Students on the basis of their class performance, attendence and the score of internal marks or marks of previous exam. Studnet need to be sincere for avialing this
Campus Life
The infrastructure for the sports like football, cricket,basketball, volleyball are there and yearly tournaments are also arranged by students. Labs are also very good where all the new machinaries and equipment are used to teach students
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility was adopted by me and four separate hostel are there for four different year of students. All the minimum facilities are provided but the food of the mess is very bad in quality and short in quantity
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network need to be more active for giving referral to their younger brothers for motivating them. They also support the students' community by attending different events organised by stduents.
Admission
I had appeared on West Bengal Joint Entrance exam for getting chance in a engineering college. Joining process is simple. candidate along with their parents have to go campus on scheduled date to book their seat.
Faculty
Excellent. they all have always assistance nature for the students and any type of doubts or queries were solved when required. Extra classes are also provided for better understanding of any unclear topic.
