Remarks

First of all I never applied any college other than this.The reason why I chose this college is it always positioned itself in top 70 college of arts and science across India.It fees structure is amazing it is very low compared to any other college.Apply through the official website.Eligibility is 12th Standard

Course Curriculum Overview

English as a curriculum is wonderful.They have training as well.If you are focused you can improve your English language skills and you can speak english fluently.Exams were held once in a month and they are not that difficult.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 7000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I studiedB.A English at V.O.Chidambaram College of Arts and Sciences.In First year I paid 6000 Rupees and in second year 6000 Rupees and in third year 7000 Rupees.Apart from these,I never payed any fees for anything

Campus Life

To my knowledge there is no festivals held.Vast number of books and works are available in library.There are not much extra curricular activities.Students association SFI plays an important role in the college campus which is good for students

Faculty

Ratio of the Faculty to the student is 1:25.Relationship is always good between students and faculties.I liked zoology faculty and the best faculty according to me is Chemistry.There are 8 exams in one year(3 internal and 1 semester exam and another 3 internal and 1 semester in one year)

Night Life

Except Gym everything is Perfect.I think we don't have gym.There is used to be hostels but now ther are abandoned.This facility is no more available.Best place for hangout is the backside of college main building

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

GOOD PLACEMENT RECORD

Admission:

I got 1150 out of 1200 in my 12th grade. 199 out of my cut off mark 200 for merit.Application for Engineering and Medical Counseling. Selected in both. But I prefer M.B.B.S than aeronautical engineering. I went to counseling in Chennai and then chose Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital in Tamil Nadu.
